We're probably just all corrupted by Amazon's 2-day shipping and freak out about anything slower... ordered on May 1, received on May 18. Tory Burch sunglasses were great and price was amazing. With my prescription and still only about $100. I'd order again, just with the expectation that it's going to take about 3 weeks. Worth the wait though.
Got exactly what I ordered and it came extremely fast for a prescription order. I definitely appreciated the added lens cleaner and glass spray.
After attempting to use live chat 5 times, I placed a call to get a price match on a pair of sunglasses. The wait was 45 minutes and I was finally instructed to order and send an email to get the price match.
After following up on the email twice, I received a response about 3 weeks later. This happened to also be the day the sunglasses shipped.
The link I sent for the price match was no longer active, so I sent a few more sites. These were not accepted for various reasons: one business was based in China, another did not have a phone number.
I was offered 25% off, but this was NOT the price match that I was told I would get when placing the order.
I was concerned about getting my complicated prescription filled online but they turned out perfectly.
My order took more than two months to come in. Customer service could not tell me when my glasses where going to arrive. It was not until I decided I wanted a refund that my glasses all of a sudden came in the mail.

I received my glasses today and they are not real saint Laurent 50 Sli they don't have the wire in the arms and where it said there made has been smeared out. I would like a refund or Authentic Saint Laurent 50 Slim Glasses. Or I will court order EzContacts. Birnard Larkin

It was so simple with the order process. I received them quickly and they are exactly what I wanted. Love them
Took almost a month to receive my order, I had to call three times with over one hour on hold before I could get to a representative every time. They kept saying that the order was processed and would be delivered soon. It wasn't until I called to cancel the order that the processed and sent it out the following day. They need to do better with the wait time on the phone and the customer service. If there was an issue with the order an email notification would have sufficed but I received nothing. Love my glasses but not happy with the service.

Actual glasses were different from what I had selected and was told I could return them. Decided to keep them, but asked how to achieve the look of the demo glasses, was not given a satisfactory answer. Glasses arrived promptly.
I had to wait on the phone for over 30 minutes to talk to somebody and customer service. When I finally got through they cannot answer my question and I asked they talk to somebody who would know the answer but they continue to give me a prepared answer to my question. Very frustrating

Overall the experience was pleasant. It was easy to order the glasses, although I wish they would explain some of the options rather than me having to look it up online.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
