The glasses and the lens seem bet poorly made and flimsy. They do not have the same build quality as other places.
Got the exact pair I ordered. Took two weeks to get the glasses from the manufacturer to the lab but they gave me free expedited shipping once it got to the lab. Came in original box and with some nice extras... Will definitely be a return customer

Ordered contacts for three day delivery. On day 5 of waiting for contacts after order said "fully shipped" on their webpage started trying to contact them. Tried to contact company via email and live chat on numerous occasions and got no response to my question regarding delivery and shipment tracking. Finally got theough on the phone (after long waits numerous times) and was told my contacts were not shipped because the manufacturer was backordered and they would take another 2-3 weeks to be available, and would be shipped via three day delivery once available. I asked when EZContact became aware of this backorder and was told "the day the contacts were ordered." I asked why no one contacted me to advise me of this and was told they planned on sending an email later today (8 days after my order was made. I asked to cancel the order and was told my order cancellation would process in about a day because they needed to send a cancellation to the manufacturer first and receive confirmation of cancellation from them before they could process my cancellation, and that I would be reimbursed 3-5 days after that. So now I have no contacts after 8 days of waiting for my order, and will not be issued a refund so that I can purchase from a reputable seller for another 4-6 days. Would never use them again - no matter how much they claim to be saving me.
I found the frames I wanted, added the lenses (from a wide assortment), and ordered my glasses online. I checked on my order's status by email 2 weeks later, and received a personal email the next day with that update. The glasses arrived a few days later. I love my glasses, and I love the goodies that came with them!

Price on contacts was good so I ordered 2 boxes - they sent prescription for my right eye - I only ordered for my left. They sent shipping confirmation when I read and realized wrong contacts I emailed them, no reply. I received them, called immediately, they acknowledged not what I ordered and said I could return for credit. I had not opened package - sent exact same package back with return label. They received and informed me only 1 box was in package. What * - it was the package they had sent me unopened.
I always read reviews before buying, slipped up in this case - all reviews are terrible - regardless of price - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Shipping took some time but that's not what really was the issue. It was the fact that my sunglasses where supposed to have gray lens but what I got is some kind of red tent. Other than that the glasses are fine.
Not only did my glasses arrive on time, but the quality is great. My favorite thing about this company though is the employee who assisted me on the telephone!
I had a wonderful experience with this company. I received a beautiful pair of glasses that looked exactly like the ones I saw online and they are good quality and arrived quickly! I will definitely use this company for my family's glasses as well. Great experience!

Placed my order on June 12th, 2017 for two pairs of glasses. One pair was partially shipped on June 18th. The second pair has not been shipped yet. Still no word of a back order or other complication that would cause such a delay on the second pair and it's July 3rd now...
You guys are affordable and I enjoyed my new glasses. I went to several websites in the past and looked at their glasses selections and was dissatisfied but with EZCONTACTS it was quick and easy and somewhat effortless.
The prices can't be beat. I'd like to get another 4 pairs of glasses. I love Crizal coating because it's the only coating that provides some amudgeproofibg as well. I tinted my glasses too, with a gradient tint. Nice, but a little too dark at 20%. Would love to return them for an adjustment, but this order took 3 weeks, wayyyy too long as it was. I didn't have any glasses the entire time I waited for the order to be processed. I tried communicating with the company a number of times, but was unsuccessful.
I am very pleased with my glasses. This is my second pair I have gotten from this website and the same frame. I love the frames so much I ordered with a new script in a different color than what I have.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
