I contacted customer service to make a change and 2 weeks later finally got an answer that it´s too late now. Well you don´t say?!?! Also no try to make it up to me.
Frames were cheap but eyeglass lenses were way too expensive for the poor quality

Order took about a month to receive! Glasses should not take that long to order. Price was great but I had to call in and ask for details.

I had made 2 purchases within a month. My first order was brand name sunglasses that arrived within days of ordering. The second order was also brand name frames with prescription, it took a little over a week, but was expected due to the Rx lenses. Overall, great experience and great prices, will purchase again in the near future. Thanks EZContacts.
It took a little time, I think 16 days from order to arrival but everything seems to be in order! Would recommend.
I ordered prescription Ray-Ban sunglasses for my daughter. I'm just glad I thought ahead and ordered them a few weeks before heading on vacation. If you need prescription glasses/sunglasses and hope to get them in 1 - 2 weeks. Think again. Our order from date of purchased (May 30th) to arrival at our door took (June 17th) took 18 days to arrive. I did have to chat once with their customer support reps to get an update since I was expecting a bit shorter turn around. However, we are pleased with the end product and that's what matters. I would not hesitate to purchase again from EZContacts. I just know that the turnaround will be 2.5-3 weeks.

A bit of a wait for the glasses however great price and good quality glasses so well worth the wait.
They were not responsive. The script I sent them was gotten 2 days prior and they are not the proper lenses.

EZ Contacts does not stand behind their product nor will they repair. They offer a 30 day warranty. I would hope they would not break within 30 days, seriously? They do not respond to live chat. They will put you on hold and never come back (hoping one would give up I assume). Well- I gave up. I ordered the same glasses for less on Amazon Prime this morning. I will received them TODAY. They offer a one year warranty. Thanks Amazon. Shame on you EZ Contacts.
I found the frames that I wanted but my insurance wasn't par so I did a Google search for them and EZContacts came up. I'm so happy I found them on your site! They were less expensive and the turn around was super quick. Thank you!

I ordered my glasses on June 1. On June 10, my order was still processing which was way longer than their website said it would be. So I emailed customer service, took several days for a response. Once getting a response, I got told they shipped my glasses but for the next 3 days USPS had a message that just said they had made the shipping label but not shipped anything. I did finally get my glasses over 3 weeks after ordering and I am happy with them.
Beautiful glasses... excellent price. Easy process. I am thrilled with my purchase and highly recommend.
I ordered my glasses, chose and paid for expedited shipping but it still took 2 weeks to arrive. My other routine orders took 3 weeks from date of order to delivery. Way too long. Very dissatisfied.

I've never ordered glasses online before so I was nervous about trying this. But the glasses turned out so perfect and the price was amazing. I get compliments on these glasses everywhere I go.
Back ordered item never became available and after 4 months waiting had to accept an alternative that is not satisfying

If you have 2-3 weeks to wait for a new box of contacts - this might be a great site for you. If you're looking to get them in 3-5 days, 100% avoid! They have the slowest shipping ever. I choose the option to have them call my eye doctor to verify my prescription and I had to chat with them to even get that done quickly. They are slow about everything. Slow, slow, slow!

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
