Placed an order on June 9th still waiting on June 27 for someone to tell me where my order is. I've called 5 times each time having to wait over 30 minutes. Have been waiting for weeks for a Supervisor to call me. No one can tell me when I'm going to get my glasses. When they are finished they want to ship them to me via ground shipping. Worse experience ever!
Had a wonderful experience with customer service rep Hadjji G, they were able to help me with all my issues and get my order started.
I will say I was very disappointed in EZ contacts as they held up my order to "process my Rx" without notifying me (when I had uploaded my Rx at time of order, almost a week ago). This significantly delays time of delivery which is going to pose a real problem for me.
Love these new glasses. They fit perfectly and also love how light they are. Thank you for the speedy delivery on them.
Extremely slow service. They do not tell you upfront how long it will take for the glasses, until you place order. Only then, do you learn of the long wait time.
Will not use again.
It was very easy to buy my families contacts and glasses using the website. Prices were best around too! I scanned and sent over the prescription for the glasses and everything showed up at the door very quickly. I will definitely use again and again! Thank You EZContacts!
Very very disappointed w my last purchase. I've purchased a pair of sunglasses in the past and went perfect. However, this time, three things went wrong.
1- shipping was expected to arrive in 4 days... however I didn't recieve them until 15 days later.
2- I called the customer service after 9 days to see what happened and I explained to her I'm leaving the country and need them immediately and I never received a follow up email or call as she said she would contact the warehouse and get back to me.
3- upon arrival of the glasses, the glasses arrived defective. The temples of the glasses on the left side was bent outwards and curved funny. I called and they explained to me it would take another 2-3 weeks if I sent them in so they can fix and be returned to me. I ended up just having them fixed at my local eye glass place since they can heat the plastic frame and remold them back normal as much as possible. I'm just really disappointed.
Glasses were professinally made and in great shape but order took much longer to process than I thought it would take. Not a big deal buy should probably give customers an estimate of how long it's going to take.
So disappointed in the company itself I have nothing good to say. Overall the product was fine it's what I ordered but very stressful and WILL NOT recommend to ANYONE and WILL NOT purchasing glasses from here again.
I had to call and make sure my prescription was understandable. I spoke to two different people who were extremely helpful. Then when my glasses came (10 days!) with a portable spray cleaner and the extra lenses! WOW! I just have to say this is the best. I was very concerned about ordering glasses online and getting the prescription right. I would never hesitate to use easy contacts again and again and again
I places my order in Sat and expected 5-7 business days shipping, than today, Monday, I have receovwd an email says that it will take more than a month. Why do you list this item if it is out of stock? And I see in the reviews that I am not the first customer they do it to! Very bad.
Everything started great. Shipped within a couple days. Once i received my glasses, it was the complete wrong model. Not even for the same sex. I emailed them with a complaint, no response until I opened up a dispute with paypal. I returned the glasses, and wanted a refund or original order fulfilled. 11 days no response, went to escalate with paypal.
I did not receive a call and I have questions about my purchase...
Please have someone call me so that I can get the answers that I need on my purchase. Thank you...
I had my order partially shipped. I am still waiting for my other glasses that I had ordered. I was told last week that it was in the lab and it would be ready to be shipped by Tuesday or Wednesday latest. It is now a week later and I still haven't received any information. Its been over 3 weeks since I have ordered my glasses.
Great experience- I was very satisfied with everything about the ordering process. The frames are a fraction of the price of Lens Crafters. The only thing that I can say that they do not offer is mirrored prescription sunglasses lenses. My glasses are still nice but the mirror effect would have been nicer. Instead they are. Brown tint that is quite close to the original. I'd certainly order from them again however, it may be good to check before ordering to ensure that th frame is actually in stock. If it isn't this will add to your order processing time. Luckily mine were and in total it took a little over two weeks to receive.

My credit card statement arrives today 6/24/17 and the 6/11 charge for $60.25 is on my statement with NO refund either. I've contacted EZContactUSA and no response! So, I've notified my credit card company this company fraudulent charged me. CapitalOne refunded and will go after this company.
DO NOT USE this company for anything.
I was interested in purchasing a pair of glasses with lenses that are not listed on their website and EZcontacts customer service was able to make that happen for me quickly and easily with a special order request at a price that was unbeatable!
Horrible customer service! I paid extra money for expedited shipping and did not receive it. They would not give a refund for the shipping amount paid. The website does not tell you it takes 5 days to process prescription glasses prior to them shipping
After receiving the wrong contacts, I contacted John at customer service. He was prompt and responded to my emails. I needed the correct contacts before I left the country in 2 days! He reassured me that after speaking with his supervisor, I would be taken care of. The correct shipment was sent the next day. 5 stars for customer service with overall 4 star for the initial problem.
It took an extra week to ship but I don't care great price and my glasses are perfect. Some folks scare easy or wait until they they are without glasses or contacts then cry that the site is a scam if their order is delayed, mine was delayed but totally worth it.
Excellent service and quality eye glasses for less than half what I would have paid at my ophthalmologist.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
