Good online experience. Prices were good. Delivery took about a month... but I was fine with it since I didnt need my glasses immediately. Would recommend to buy from again.
Great low prices! I loved my frames, this is my second time ordering. Only thing is I paid for faster shipping and it took still about a week or so to arrive.
Long shipping time, then package was stolen and they are prolonging the return of my money. Very dissatisfied. A friend ordered glasses as well and she does not believe they are authentic.
Ordering process was quick and easy... But receiving the product, from shipping notification to delivery was unnecessarily painstaking. I chatted with online customer service and phone customer service (upper management) before finally getting direct answers on my shipping date, 9 business days later. Beware, 5-7 days was not accurate for me.
After two months I still haven't received my glasses. They said they weren't gonna charge me until the item was sent buy they charged me $200 and I'm still waiting for my prescription glasses.
Although shipping took 2 weeks, I'm very happy with my purchase. First time ordering rx sunglasses online and this website made it so easy. I LOVE my sunglasses, my prescription is perfect.
Paid TWENTY SEVEN DOLLARS for two day shipping... AND IT TOOK THEM A WEEK TO SHIP! *I AM REALLY REALLY PISSED*
Customer service is a joke, they either don't respond, or put you on hold forever, and then send you to a recording (SERIOUSLY!) Horrible site. I feel really stupid for dealing with them more than once (once they messed up totally, second time they ripped me off for $27 in two-day shipping)

I ordered designer glasses on May 30th. It is now June 19th and I have not received my eyeglasses yet. I called customer service numerous times to find that the frames are on back order. I have been trying to speak to a manager but apparently getting in contact with one is nothing short of a miracle. I'm not sure if the customer service reps are sitting around beating rocks together, but it isn't that hard to make a phone call and escalate up the chain of command. If I could leave negative stars I would.

I was sent the wrong contacts and 30 days later I am STILL waiting to receive the corrected order! Each week is like Groundhog Day where I go thru the routine of contacting them to look into the status of my order only to hear the same answers: "your order will ship out the following week" and I will be "notified with the shipping confirmation". Which, of course, does NOT happen!
Last time I spoke to a manager, she was actually laughing?!?!? What a racket! SHAME ON YOU EZ(not)Contacts!
What kind of business model does this company run under anyway?... Let's TAKE people's money and in return we'll GIVE them NOTHING... but the biggest run around and the emptiest promises possible. We'll make so much money on the interest (alone) so that we can pay our employees and ourselves so much money that we won't care how disrespectful and dishonest we're being?!?!?!

I empathize with ALL of these reviewers that have been TAKEN by these shameful scam artist! It's hard to dismiss all of these unsatisfied reviews when we all have such similar complaints. I wish, also that there was a ZERO stars button and an option to comment on all your stories. I hope you all have found some resolution as I feel for your aggravation... as well as my own.
I have NEVER written a bad review for ANY company, but I feel I must warn others and support these folks that are being taken advantage of!
I've ordered glasses both for myself and my fiance from ezcontacts and not only were they shipped on time, but they came in quality packaging. Definitely our go-to vendor for designer glasses.
It was easy to order, the price was great and I got exactly what I wanted. However, even with expedited shipping it took weeks to get the glasses. And now that they e arrived they need to be fitted to my face and I'm not sure where to go. That's the downside of buying online- lack of customer service.

Love my Coach Design prescribed sunglasses. I also didn't have to wait long for delivery... Two days top!
They sent the wrong prescription. I called customer service to report. It took 5 mins to answer, then put on hold for 17 minutes " to investigate ", before being cut off.
Call #2,, answered, put on hold, and cut off.
Call #3, told they would replace if I paid shipping! Recording, (which I heard over and over while on hold), states they check each prescription before shipping to make sure it's correct.
They made, a mistake and want me to send more money?!
It's been two days since they were getting approval to waive the shipping fees... Terrible customer service, would NEVER use again.
I ordered sunglasses two weeks ago and have not received them nor heard what the status is. I login and apparently the order which wasto take 3-5 days is still in process!

I saw an eyeglass frame at a local store and they wanted to charge me $450 for the glasses. I found the exact same frame on EZContacts and got single vision glasses for $82.00. Unbelievable. The glasses arrived nicely packaged along with free products to keep the glasses clean. My next pair will definitely be ordered thru them as well.
Someone mentioned to me that she buys frames online then takes them to her local Costco to have the lense prescription put into the frame which is also an option.
The website was very easy. My glasses came a week later and they were perfect! Will definitely order from you again.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
