Shipping took longer than expected and I had to call to track my order. If I hadn't called, my glasses probably would have been delayed an extra week.
I was hesitant to order online for my frames but decided to place an order with EZContacts anyway since the price of my frames was much cheaper thanI had seen in a store. Unfortunately my frames were on backorder. I needed my glasses fairly quickly so I contacted ezcontacts to cancel my order via live chat and a rep named Daryl Grimes helped me. The rep was very polite and helpful and helped me with my cancellation. This order did not work out but I will definitely order again for a second frame because the company has great prices and very good customer service
John Miller was fantastic! He helped me courteously and instantly and provided me with a UPS tracking number.
Customer service was awesome and it was easy to order.

I SAVED 70% off my local eye clinic quote where i would have to wait 1 week to get new glasses. EZ contacts got my prescription on-line Sat morning and 4 days later i got exact designer glasses i had found locally.

The frames were as expected however the percription lenses are not right. Bummed! I am going to buy lenses... again.
I've been trying to get decently made glasses from ezcontactsusa for a long time now. They used the wrong lens materials, the coatings were cracked, the edges were horribly beveled, and they stripped out the frame screws. After receiving a store credit (not the refund I wanted), I tried to order different frames only to find out that what they list on their website isn't actually available. After several compromises on frame style and color, they finally had something I could use. It looks like they substituted a different lens material again even though I told them to put it in the notes not to, but they are usable and I'm glad the ordeal is over.
I ordered prescription sunglasses. I have few problems, but received excellent explanation. Daryl helped me with my order. It's good experience. It is important that is good quality and low price. My prescription sunglasses no different from regular sunglasses. It's amazing. Thank for manager Daryl, received all answers for my questions.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
