Great experience. My item was on back order and was notified until a few days later as I ordered over a holiday weekend. I called back debating on canceling the order. EZContacts refunded my rush delivery fee and provided me with complimentary rush shipping. Glasses for great. No problems what so ever. Absolutely best price!
I took almost a full month to get my kid's glasses. First the frames were discontinued I emailed about a different pair and didn't get a response for a full week. They finally responded and found the discounted frame and shipped them out. Then it took 2 weeks for them to arrive. Never again Will I spend any time or money on this company
Awful. Got no answers to nothing. Still I don't know what happened to the rest of my order. I am completely in the dark

I have never posted a review in all my life but after reading all the negative reviews about this company I wanted to share my positive experience. I knew exactly the frames I wanted, and I found them for the best price with Ezcontacts. I ordered them, and then I read the reviews on this company. I panicked! There were so many terrible reviews. Did I just get scammed?! The answer is no! I ordered my frames on 7/26/17. I received a call a few days later from them wanting to be sure I didn't have questions about my prescription. When I returned the call I got a live person right off the bat. My glasses shipped on 8/2 & they arrived on 8/7. They came beautifully packaged with a case and other goodies. My experience was 100% different than many I read. I can only chalk this up to the fact that people with bad experiences take to the internet to vent & those with good experiences don't often post reviews. Every business has issues so I'm sure the concerns posted are legitimate. However, I don't think those are the norm for this company. I would definitely order from them again.
It took a few weeks to get my prescription glasses but they were worth the wait. They came with a hard case and several cleaning pads with spray cleaner. Oh and a little tool to work on them. The anti glare coating makes everything look so much clearer. I will be ordering all my glasses here and have told all my friends how good a deal I got.

I thought when I found EZContacts that I had found a great website. I was wrong. I need contacts in 10 days and now it's been 13 days and supposedly the contacts will be delivered tomorrow. No email giving me any shipping information. I have had to call twice to find out the status of my order because the website does not give you enough information about your order to know the true status. I even provided the prescription photo online so they did not have to verify it. Excuse after excuse and they don't have the contacts in stock. What do they stock? Probably not much except a room of people answering phone calls from angry customers like me. I know my second purchase (ordered before first order was delayed) from them will not get here in time for when I need them. If I had known this before I would not have ordered them. The cost savings is not worth the hassle. I suggest to use Vision.com or ACLens for future orders. At least they can get me contacts in a week or less.
Returned sunglasses because lens were wrong and still haven't gotten them back! Horrible service would not recommend to anyone!
Overall a nice set of glasses as well as a wide selection to choose from. Received the package within a reasonable time frame
I've bought several pair of sunglasses form EZcontact and enjoy everything about the company, if you need top brand glasses, contacts or sunglasses give these guy and chance. You'll earn your for life.

My glasses arrived exactly as promised, the lenses are the thinnest I've ever had (1.74 high index lens). I was called by an optician in case I had any questions about my prescription (I didn't, so I did not return the call) and I received an email when my glasses shipped. This is the first time I had made such an important, partially non-refundable purchase online, but the experience was a good one. You will have to find somewhere to adjust your glasses for you once you get them, it would be nice if there were somewhere I could go to do that (a small fee would be fine) without feeling like I'm tricking a local place into thinking I bought the glasses there. But that will be a problem with any online eyeglass vendor.
"ordered frames over 30 days ago and still havent received them. I sent an email inquiring and called about my order. Got a no reply. I feel EZ CONTACTS are running a ponzi scam. Taking people money and not providing product and holding money. This is horrible business and i will make it my practice to hit every social site up to let them know the scam EZ contact is running

Kate Spade frames were a fraction of retail price. It was easy to order and my glasses came fairly quickly.
Great quality of work! I'm very pleased with my prescription sunglasses. It just takes a while before you receive the product, about two to three weeks from the date you ordered.
The glasses I received are similar to the ones ordered however they aren't an exact match. The Havana is rather dark and you have to look closely to determine if the phrases aren't completely black.
No response from customer service been a long time and still not shipped glasses. Always had good experience from them until now
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
