UPDATE: The next day EZContacts.com attempted to call me twice, but left no voicemail. They also sent me an email. I emailed back and forth with a CSR Mary. She was very understanding and pleasant. She assured me that she had escalated my concerns to the appropriate supervisors and that they are working on making their customer service better. Because of her communication, I will give EZContacts.com one more try. We'll see if her comments are really true.\
BTW: my contacts arrived via UPS later that evening. All of this could have been avoided, though, if their site just provided shipping information.
I placed an order for contacts over a week ago. I have not received them so I tried an online chat. I typed my question and promptly (within 15 seconds) was told that Daryl Grimes joined the chat. Then, I sat there for over a minute and a half before he typed, "How can I help you?" As I was retyping my question, he ended the chat due to inactivity. This was less than 20 seconds ago that I received his response.
Then, I tried to call customer service and was told, "You are 26th in line." 26th! What? There seems to be a lot of customers needing service. I would steer clear of this company. They were sure quick to take my money. Who knows if/when my contacts will show up.
Ordered my son's glasses and after 3 weeks, still no glasses so I called. Said they were on back-order and they would arrive the following week. Well needless to say, they did not. It took a total of 6+ weeks to get his glasses in. Each time I called they said, next week, next week. Frustrating.
I loved ezcontacts website. Easy and affordable prices... Nice brands and a lot of models... I'll recomend ezcontacts for sure
I ordered my first pair of glasses and due to my error the wrong prescription was in the frame. I called and was told a new purchase and return would be the best option. I purchased the new pair and included a copy of my prescription from the dr. While waiting for the new pair I recieved a partial refund. I was NEVER told I would get a partial refund. I emailed two different representatives to ask about my refund, one did not respond, the other basically said sorry about your luck then didn't respond again. Once i got the new pair that I had ordered with the prescription attached they again had the wrong prescription. I am so disappointed. A pair of 187$ glasses have now cost me 187, plus the 30 I lost in partial refund, plus 12 to ship back first frames plus another 95 I spent to bring them to a "real" glassrs store to get the frames corrected. I'm so annoyed. I will never recommend this site to anyone!
Took 3 weeks to get glasses, but nice one I got them. Would have liked them sooner. Site was pretty easy to use and tech support was nice.
Glasses I ordered were on backorder, which I wasn't told about until after I bought them. After waiting over a month, glasses were shipped standard shipping instead of express out of courtesy.
Contacts were most affordable. No need to fill out forms to obtain discounts.
Ordered also eye glasses for myself and wife. We both liked the quality of frame and lenses. Lot less costly compared to store price in Massachusetts area.
Were able to to call and always get real person to answer any technical questions.

My order was delayed and I had to call multiple times. When I received my order it was done incorrectly. They did not call to verify my order either. When you call you can't speak to anyone in the United States. Also, they claim they price match but I still have not received a refund for that aspect. Finally, I am still waiting on my glasses. I still don't have them!
Found the right frames at the mall and then ordered through EZContacts. The website was easy to use and the price was GREAT!

I found the glasses I liked at my eye doctor's office and then purchased them from the website for about half the price. My head is pretty small, so I'll have to go in to get frames adjusted a bit, but other than that it turned out great.
Even though my order was on back order for a month it was worth the wait. The prices are unmatched and the quality of products offered is excellent. I'm getting prescription sunglasses next... I'm super excited.
It didn't take too long for them to verify my order and inform me it will ship out early next week. This is nice to know as my perscription is about to expire.
Daryl was quick to resolve my verification and shipping issue, as well as stating that he would personally ensure shipping.

THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD AND BLAME THE MANUFACTURER FOR NOT RECIEVING THE ITEM. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EITHER AS THE REPS WILL ALWAYS BLAME THE MANUFACTURER AND WILL DO NOTHING TO HELP ALTHOUGH THEY WILL PROMISE YOU THE ITEM WILL ARRIVE IN 3 TO 4 DAYS TO THEIR WAREHOUSE. YOU WILL WASTE COUNTLESS HOURS ON THE PHONE AND GET NOWHWRE.

Purchased frame and lenses. $450+. Received order in approximately 2 weeks. Vision was not good at all so I took them to my optometrist to be checked. They advised me that prescription was not correct. After advising EZ of the situation, I was told that they needed an affidavit sign by an optical facility to verify the faulty problem with my order. I got this done very quickly as I really needed my eyeglasses. I was told that my order would be verified after they received my return order and that it should be processed and returned within 10 days to two weeks. I reluctantly agreed to be patient and wait. After 10 days I called customer service only to find out that my order had not even been sent to the lab yet. To make a long painful story short, I was promised three weeks in a roll that my order should be " completed and shipped by next Friday". I finally received my redo order 6 weeks after sending it back to EZ Contacts. I would NEVER do business with EZ Contacts again.
Took 3 weeks to get one of my two pairs of glasses I ordered, which ended up having an incorrect prescription, and 4 weeks to get my second pair.
With the first pair, I returned them, and I am still waiting almost 2 weeks later for them to process my return.
Their outsourced customer service is pathetic and of no real help. You have to call to get any kind of response. They've never returned a single email I've sent.
One customer service person was incredibly rude even and hung up when I called trying to follow up on my returns status.
Overall, it was a huge pain and regret ordering from this website. Sure their prices are competitive, but since they don't have anything in their inventory, they just order it, wait for it to get shipped to them, THEN they ship to you, your order will take weeks to actually arrive instead of the 5-7 days they claim. Also, if you require prescription lenses, it takes even longer, and their lenses are the cheapest, lowest quality.
Huge mistake!
They are a little sketchy but I love them they are good glasses. They are very colorful and beautiful. They are the love of my life.
I had never ordered glasses on EZContacts before, Daryl answered all of my questions and answered them quickly! I'll wait to review the glasses until I receive them but the customer service was great.
I placed an order on July 8th 2017 and it took nearly a month for the process. I had to make multiple calls to get updates on my eyeglasses because it took a while. I finally got an email from ezcontacts that my product is fully shipped on July 20th 2017, however, the USPS Priority mail states that "they are waiting for the item to arrive from ezcontacts." This statement lasted until July 27th 2017, even though my shipping method was priority mail (3-5 days)... that's 2 days late! Overall, I have received that eyeglasses and they are exactly what I paid for. My advice to ezcontacts is that the service should be improve because if your customer means A LOT to you, then you should keep updates and notify your customers about products being delayed.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
