I ordered glasses for my husband on 8. 10. 17 & paid for 3-5 business day shipping. Within these 3-5 days that I should have received the glasses, I contacted the company via email twice to get an update on when I'd be getting the glasses. No one emailed or contacted me back even though the website says, "Someone will contact you within 24 hours". It is now 8. 22. 17 & I still do not have my husbands glasses. I received an email from UPS stating the package would be delivered on 8. 24. 17, this is 10 business days after the service I paid EXTRA for. I chatted with an employee online, which mind you took 35 mins to get an answer basically stating, they would not refund the shipping costs because the glasses were already shipped out. I explained to the customer service rep, that I tried contacting the company twice within the 3-5 business day period & no one acknowledged my email. I expressed my feelings & concern on why I would pay for a service, if the service was not fulfilled. I would have just selected free shipping, if I knew it was going to take this long. He basically said, "We will no be able to refund, we shipped the item following your shipping method". I don't understand how I'm in the wrong as a customer. I understand things happen, a day or two after fine, but double the time frame is not ok. I then called customer service & the gentleman told me he was not authorized to refund shipping & someone would get back with me today. I called around 11:30 this am, it is now 8:05 pm & low & behold, no one has contacted me. Terrible customer service.

Ordered a pair of glasses which were advertised as 'ships in 4-5 days'. Actually took over a month, and required two followup phone calls. Nice folks, though. Next time I'll phone in the order and check availability up front.
Response was very quick and informative! I was able to log on from my phone and get all the help I needed while on the go! I would recommend this way of correspondence to anyone I know!

I went online to order my son's glasses. The retail in a small town is outrageous! Found the glasses on EZContacts that we wanted. Placed order on 8/11 and called 8/15 to see where they were in the process since I ordered them with 3 day shipping. Told glasses had to be ordered. Called today and chatted. Chat service was horrible! Took forever to try to get an answer. On the phone the customer service was better. My concern is are they being honest! It has been 11 days and I am told I will receive them next week.
NO COMMUNICATION ON THEIR END. NO UPDATES. I hope I receive an email when they ship.

I had a problem with my order and contacted customer service. The first person (Kylie Jenner) was not helpful but the second person (Daryl Dixon) was great! He helped me in a matter of minutes. I just wished they had email me about my RX not going through. But overall great, glad i contacted customer service or else I would've been waiting for nothing.

EZContacts is HORRIBLE to work with. I made my order july 31, my credit card was billed august 2, and i STILL have NO contacts. I have left no less than THREE email messages through your customer service system (because live chat was booked solid) and have had TWO very long phone calls with 'customer service reps' that ASSURED ME they would get back to me via phone or email within 24 hours. Both apparently had to investigate my file to try to determine why i had not received my order. The phone calls were a week apart and NEITHER followed up with me to tell me the status of my order. (I even had the second rep send me this email to make sure i had a way to contact you- that is how i have this customer service link).
At this point, forget the contacts. I want a REFUND. PERIOD. I have spent more wasted time on this irder than has been necessary. HORRIBLE customer service... i will NEVER do business with you again or recommend you to anyone i know. Sorry. I gave you so many chances!
Purchase was smooth, but when I received the product (glasses) they were severely bent/ crooked. Sent them back for a refund the next day and was told that my refund was processed Aug. 23rd. Its now September 10th and still no money is in my account. Out $200+

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
