Ezcontact.com was the best priced for my daughters 2 eyeglasses. I was skeptical because of all the reviews but I took the chance and we got them today and they are perfect. I placed the order on the 13th and today it's the 24th. Worth the wait to save over 300 dollars. If we would have bought these at LensCrafters or our regular optometrist they would have been $500+. So grateful as we were able to keep in budget.
I found an item I just ordered for 1/3 less on jet.com - they won't price match saying that it is a marketplace. Oh and they took over a week to reply to my requear not the promised 24 hours! I would have canceled my order.

I read a bunch of reviews and was super skeptical. I knew that I would have to wait attract a month for my glasses to come because of the reviews, but it came 2 weeks earlier than I expected. My prescription was correct and they give you extra goodies to clean your glasses. I would definitely order from them again.
John miller was extremely patient. He took the time to go through my history and cleared all questions. I was extremely concerned about an unresolved issue i had with my order. Another representative (Kylie Grams) was extremely short with me and did not respond to my questions or concerns from earlier today. It was refreshing speaking to John via live chat!
The glasses I receive are defected. However, every time I ask for return shipping label, the customer representative always say they'll send it, but I only received return form without shipping label. This is stupid and wasted me a lot of time. I will never ever use EZContacts again.
I originally chose the free shipping option, but as the days passed without having any glasses, my work was seriously impaired. So I tried to find out if I could change my shipping option after placing the order, and pay to get the glasses shipped faster from the lab to my home. I emailed them, and got the automated response that I'd hear back within 24 hours. On the 3rd day, I got a response, but it didn't answer my question. I tried using their chat client. I waited for someone to come online to chat, but after it timed out I was presented with a button to send an email again. So I tried again to chat later that day. Same thing. Again that night, same thing. So I sent another email, and got no response. Just over 2 weeks after I placed the order, my glasses arrived. They're great! Just wish I had paid more up front to get them sooner, and that it was actually possible to communicate with them while the order was processing.

Bought versace eyeglasses they were a little too big for my face but the quality and prescription was great. The shipping had a lapse that I couldnt know where was my package couldnt track it. But got here in a timely manner

Glasses are OK, but delivery was very slow, 2-3 days means more like 2-3 weeks...
I measured my DP before I ordered my glasses and it was 63. When I went to choose my DP from the settings it only gave O - 5 in the variations so I choose 60. I thought that maybe the wrong one so I called and the guy that answered said that I should have chose 65 and that he would contact the lab. When I got my glasses the prescription read that the DP was 60. The glasses seem ok at times but it seems the middle distance sometimes is not correct.
Answered all of my questions. Looking forward to getting my new pair of sunglasses. As long as the shipping is as promised I am very happy.
I am in a rush due to a trip coming up so I was concerned I wasn't getting my contacts before the trip. When I contact EZcontacts (on line chat) the rep.: Daryl Grimes was kind enough to give me info and tell me he will be sending it as soon as possible :) I am very happy to get amazing service. Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
