They did not return 6 of my email and 4 of my calls regarding a price match. They completely ignored all requests for a reply and only when I threatened to dispute the charge did they reply.
I am very impressed, both my kids found armani frames at a store and I was able to buy them both a pair for under $90 including lenses.
The glasses I ordered were out of stock and they replaced them with a smaller version. Then it took over three weeks to receive said incorrect item. I love them for contacts, but I'll never order glasses from them again.
One set of glasses came within a week no problem. Other glasses took 3 weeks and I didn't get them in time for a vacation I needed them on. Customer service was helpful but long queue time to get someone. If their shipping speed could be half as good as their customer service they would be great to use.
A simple exchange of a pair of sunglasses became a nightmare with EZ Contacts! We will never ever deal with this company again! In our experience their customer service (outsourced on Philippines) were ok, though the person that dealt with us in the return department located in NY was unfair, incompetent, mishandled our $$ and was unavailable! We purchased a pair of sunglasses that didn't fit right, so we decided to exchange (for a fee of $24.99 Warranty Exchange). The pair we chose was more costly and we would owe a difference. Diana at the Returns Dept. was handling our account, she didn't fully respond to our questions via email, such as our repeated request for her to send us the breakdown of the computation, to understand how she came up with a higher figure that we owed after applying the credit we had. Not once she acknowledge our request for it! Needless to say she ended up charging on a credit card that she was not authorized to do so! I sent to her too many emails requesting that she contacted me via pone so I could provide her with a credit card to charge the amount we owed, and without regards to my right to choose which credit card I would use to charge this portion of my purchase, she went ahead and charged it on the card she had in file! Though she managed to send me the total
It took a while to get my glasses but when I did, they were the wrong size (my fault) and the refunded all of my money. I would use them again.
My glasses took nearly a month to get to me, and I had to call multiple times in one week just to ensure therms would reach me on time. Most customer service reps did nothing for me, and it wasn't till I was working with Cris that I felt truly taken care of. I needed these before a specific date and she was able to put my mind at ease by providing me with the answer and shipping time that I needed.
There's no ray ban label on my lens and the frame looks fake, am totally disappointed...

Ordered Persol sunglasses with prescription lenses. Item arrived after a trip on a slow boat and both lenses AND frame were defective. Lenses had been dyed unevenly, obvious to anyone doing quality control, and the temples opened to about 30 degrees past perpendicular, not an easy defect to pull off with thick acrylic frames. Just terrible quality control all around.

It took a month to get my glasses, it wasnt a short process by any means. I will be taking my business elsewhere to see if the turn around is faster.

I had ordered a pair of glasses and when I hit the button to send the paypal I saw I had messed up my address! John Miller at customer service helped me right away and got it corrected! Thank you john!
I'm in NJ and the company is in NY - and it took ONE MONTH to get my glasses! How insane! I always order my glasses online from other places, and it takes 2 weeks MAX. They claim they have to wait to get each pair of FRAMES ONLY from the actual manufacturer which is usually overseas if it's designer. So they don't have any glasses on hand? AT ALL? Either a start up business or very poorly ran business. After they receive the frames - they then have to send them somewhere else to get the actual lenses made! Never again!
P.S. My glasses I cannot see out of, wrong prescription-
Way too strong. But not worth sending back & rewaiting. Will take them to my optometrist and have him do them.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
