I ordered these for my kindergartner over a month before he needed them for the start of school and the online order information never changed from processing. I had to contact the company and then I finally received shipping information. It was like the order was just sitting there. I wasn't confident that we would receive them and now we have them but they are not fitting well and I scheduled an opthemologist appointment to see if the prescription is correct. Makes me feel like I got what I paid for.
I ordered prescription glasses from EZ Contacts and got them last week. Wow! The pair that I ordered were much cheaper than any other place and I saved hundreds of dollars. The quality is excellent and the glasses are very stylish. I am very pleased and plan to get several more pairs. EZ Contacts, you rock!

Was trying to place my reorder on line using a discount code for returning customers. Since it would not work I had to contact customer service. Daryl Grimes advised me to place my order and then he manually gave me the discount. He provided excellent customer service.
It took several weeks to receive my glasses and I believe I only got them because I ended up calling. The hours are not super convenient for me but I was able to reach someone. With some difficulty and several minutes on hold I was able to find out that one of the two pair I ordered had not yet been sent from the warehouse and the other had been prepped for shipping. This information was not updated on the website until two days after I called. Now that I have received both pair I can say that I am happy and the prices were very competitive with other vendors.
Awesome customer service. Great product and good price. No hidden fees. No hidden fees on contacts and glasses. Would use this service again.

One order (contact box) was shipped incorrectly. Decided to just order left prescription box again instead of hassle of sending back and awaiting correct to ship. Company should have offered to send correct box to me overnight.
I saved over $300 for the same exact frames and lenses.
Received them in about 3 weeks and am very happy with them.

Received my glasses in about three weeks for a great discounted price! My eye doctor was trying to charge me double for the pair I bought so I'm very pleased with this website. My order even came with an extra set of lenses and multiple cleaning utensils for my new glasses.
I am trying to figure out if this prescription is wrong or the glasses are just bad? My right eye feels like it isn't. May have to return.
I've purchased prescription sunglasses on another website before and hated them. I was hesitant to try EZContacts, but they has the Ran Ban glasses in the size and color I wanted. Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
