These guys used to be good but no longer. It takes in excess of two weeks for delivery and they advertise "Priority shipping". I know this as when I called in, I was "Caller # 1" for over an hour and I heard their false advertising about 10,000 times. They use the cheapest UPS and then USPS and USPS holds the package for several days before delivering. Their "tracking" shows it as being delivered on a certain day but that day comes and goes and no package. They close down for a week holiday but then don't process or ship a week on either side of the that time - with no notification. I actually did get through to customer service earlier but she hung up on me. They are very difficult to deal with and incredibly rude. Too many other options out there. Do NOT use. I tried calling back and was "caller #1" for over and hour (would hate to be Caller # 2!). They were obviously ignoring me. Total fraud company with no respect for customer or promises they make.
It took almost 4 months, and me calling multiple times, to finally get my pair of glasses. And when I asked what could be done for this drawn out order, they offered me a 10% discount on my next order... really?
Excellent service. Great communication when a certain model was unavailable. Actually puts kids prescription sunglasses (Ray Bans no less) in reach. Thank you for reasonable pricing and great service.
My glasses took three weeks to get here. I called to cancel and still they shipped them. My glasses.com order came in just a few days! Refund is also taking forever. I buy new glasses every year, never again from ezcontacts

Placed my order for some new shades with EZ Contacts several days ago and paid for overnight shipping. A few days passed and nothing arrived. I checked the order status on their site and it said they haven't even shipped yet. I have tried multiple times to simple cancel the order but I have gotten zero response.
Perfect example of why Amazon dominates and puts people like this out of business.
I had to bring my glasses to my eye doctor because I could barely see out of the lenses that were provided. They didn't even have the correct prescription among many other issues. Will never buy another product from this site.
Not bad I love my frames just wished they at least emailed you when three frames are taking 3 weeks longer then expected. Not sure if I'll be using this company again!
Frames were a little loose but they give u a mini eye glass kit!
Took over a month for anyone to contact me regarding my glasses. Once someone realized, then they were prompt. But overall, dissatisfied with the quality of the glasses themselves. Seem like cheap plastic and have had to have them readjusted twice due to them widening after moving bow, putting on my head when I don't need them, etc.
If you enjoy dealing with useless and clueless customer service and waiting 15+ business days for an order to ship when it was guaranteed to be shipped in 7 or less and therefore not being able to see for 2 weeks, then definitely feel free to waste your time and money using this pathetic excuse for a company!
I still have not received my glasses. To no fault of EZcontacts but rather to USPS. Spent hours trying every imaginable way to contact USPS to get my glasses. Called, opened an investigation, filled a missing report and emailed their help line. Alas they are still with the mail carrier somehow. Cant even pick them up at the post office. Generally not getting mail either (I know thats not your problem).
The glasses took about two months to receive and I got conflicting answers when I would email inquiries about the ETA. My suggestion is if you want information about your glasses call the company. The emails I received were Preposterous everything from referring to me by a different customer's name, to responding 10 days later to sending conflicting responses. It was very frustrating and no updates ever came on their own without me first inquiring. The end result was a two-month wait for a pair of glasses that, thankfully, was the correct prescription. But I was anxious throughout the process due to the poor communication.
When I called they blamed it on the X-Mas holidays which were 3 Mts prior? No update via email, etc that my glasses were not going to be received within the quoted time online. Would not have ordered here had I known that. Felt very misled.
Normally I do not complain, but the purchase date was 05/06 not 05/23 (day shipped). I received no explanation nor offer of compensation for the delay. Either way, its unacceptable to indicate 2-3 days and then take 2-3 weeks w/ eyeglasses since I obviously need them...
Trying to initiate order return on frames. I've emailed (per the website) several times and have received no instructions on how to start the return process. I called and each time spent over an hour on hold ("You are #60 in the queue" REALLY?) Only to have them hang up on me each time I got close to being next in line. I even tried a live chat, waiting 30 minutes to get connected only to have them indicate that no associate was available to help me, but I could email my chat session question. HA! This is the worst. I will NOT eat this cost. If I have to send it back certified and then fight alongside my credit card company to not pay them I will. But I hope they will process this return soon so it doesn't go beyond the 30 day period. Come on EZCONTACTS.COM!
Ordered contacts and didn't realize I just had a few left. I contacted chat service to see if they can expedite my order. The agent Kylie Grams was very helpful in expediting my order and having my prescription verified immediately. Will do business again. Thank you.

EZ Contacts must be some type of broker. You order from them and they farm it out to somebody that has extra contact lenses in stock. Be prepared to wait MONTHS. And have your order filled by one vendor for your left eye & another for your right eye.
We are in a battle as the lenses for only one eye arrived but the packing list shows both have shipped. Since these were ordered over a month ago, I cant stop payment on my credit card. So as it turns out my lenses were not low priced as it looks like I will be paying double as I only received 1/2 of my order.
I am number 18 in line to talk to customer service.

After visiting numerous stores and having no luck finding frames that were both attractive AND affordable, I found ezcontacts.com. I was hesitant because I had never bought prescription glasses online but was not willing to pay the exorbitant prices for a pair of frames in store after realizing that i could pay less than half that online. Overall I found the experience seamless. I received fast responses from customer service and when the frame I chose was out of stock they were able to get me another color without delaying my order. I will definitely be shopping with ezcontacts in the future.

Placed order 7/3, website said 3 day extra processing. Called often and got the "run around". Finally received my order 7/31. Very well packaged and shipped. The glasses are beautiful and even came with the original, non prescription lens. Ezcontacts took forever but saved me $250 from the local big box. Will order again.
I ordered my lenses Dec 27. I've emailed and called. Waited online for a response over an hour. Message popped up that no reps. Available. Received two emails saying as soon as it ships from a supplier they will let you know. Ha! I want a refund. Keep the lens and refund my money.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
