Website says orders shipped in 3-5 days. My order took over two weeks, received after three weeks because of calling multiple times! They just forgot to do my eyeglasses? I was told frames in stock and lenses were super simple prescription? Then after they drop the ball they send them first class!
Eyeglasses have two issues. Definitely not worth the headache to save a few dollars.
Sure wish I would have done my research! Basically any of the reviews you see that indicate the order was placed, EZContacts took payment but the consumer hasn't received what they ordered would be the same nightmare I'm living. I purchase 2 par of sunglasses on 2 separate times and they never give me update of the status of my order. All they says was check next week... very unprofessional. They don't have their items in stock but let us purchase it without giving any updates. BTW on website It doesn't show up as out of stock. Very disappointing. Galvin was the representative who says to me to check back in a week for my order...
I knew what glasses I wanted and EZ contacts had the best price. Ordering was easy, they arrived on time and with extra lenses even! My order also included a cleaning/glasses care kit. Definitely would order from them again and highly recommend!
I ordered contacts and 10 days later they still haven't shipped and no one at the company has gotten back to me after I've inquired several times. I'll be cancelling the order, (if I can ever get a hold of someone) and ordering from 1-800-Contacts like I've done in the past. No problems with them.
I had a great experience! At first my glasses were supposed to be delayed for month, but I got them in less than 2 weeks! Best experience with online optical retailers, and the glasses are phenomenal!
"Angel" took over my order personally, assuring me that I would receive my lenses within 24 hours. It has been 3 days since then... and nothing. Customer service could not be worse! They cannot even project a time frame that my order will be shipped to me, no help at all.

Item still hasn't arrived. The information from DHL shows the item being dropped off at a local post office 5 days ago, but no tracking information is available? Why use multiple shipping companies to deliver a pair of glasses? Why would the company ask me to rate their product that is currently 4 days late and still hasn't shown up? To take it one step further, I am military and currently deployed ensuring I won't get the glasses for 30 more days because they were not delivered on time.
I found this site via google and was not sure sure about it. So far so good. They had good prices on contacts but I felt the website could definitely use a little work. It seemed like the steps for purchasing were out of order, causing me to re-enter data.
Today I followed up on my order, since I've not received a shipment confirmation. Live chat was very helpful, though it took a total of 20+ minutes to resolve the issue (when would they be shipping). Kylie Grams was an excellent rep who was extremely helpful.
I am happy with the glasses I purchased and the price was comparable to similar online retail shops. However, the wait time is very long and no information is provided by the company. After a month of waiting, I sent an e-mail inquiry and received no response. I then called (this is where I should have started) was after a long time on hold was told that the frames were being ordered in and would be a few more days. This turned into another two weeks. So, my experiences were I got decent glasses for less than if I went to a brick and mortar retail shops but it took 6 - 7 weeks. From other reviews, this seems to be common.
I fell hopelessly in love with a pair of Mark Jacobs frames at my eye doctors office that were $275 with no lenses. With my prescription lenses I would have come to well over $500.
All in at EZContacts I spent under $300.
Why on earth in this economic climate are people trying so desperately to make us pay more than necessary?
$300 is still a lot for someone on a tight budget but I felt really great about saving over $250 and getting the glasses I really wanted.
Excellent- Aside from that I'm having a really good price on the glasses, they were shipped right away and they received them quickly. The only problem was my stupid local male who cannot get me the glasses for like three days. I will definitely reach out to these guys for either contacts or prescriptions for my wife. Thanks guys
I have had two instances where the lens pop out of the frame. It was a real hassle to return them and get different frames. Not sure after being a long term customer I will be back. There are way too many options out there these days!
I ordered contacts, they took my money, and I assumed everything was going fine. Then a week went by, then another, then another - no word. I emailed and asked for an update, they said they would be getting them soon.
This company will take your money even though they don't have access to the product you are ordering, AND will not give you any idea as to when they might have the product for which they took your money.
I ordered $95 prescription glasses 2 weeks ago, have my order tracking always updated and check it every day, but it has not changed from processing order once. It said it would take 5-7 business days. I've tried contacting customer service through emailing and they have not responded, at all. Still holding out hope, but after reading some other reviews not much left.
Somewhat pricey compared to all other online stores for glasses but good prices on name brand frames. Order took a few weeks to arrive so was a little long, but seems quality so far. Would give a 3.5 out of 5, since I cant rate that I rounded up, felt a 3 was too harsh, don't quite earn a 4 star though.
Price was the best I could find anywhere, easy to input prescription and was done correctly and the item was just as pictured. The only thing that bothered me was their turnaround time was nowhere near what I was told when ordering and after some research, I see many people have had this issue. I didn't know when or if my glasses were ever coming to me. Nobody contacted me to inform me of any delays as their website states is protocol. So, that was frustrating and I feel like this should be a priority of things to improve upon.
That being said, I'd give them another try considering the value.
I ordered 4 boxes of contacts they state delivery 3 to 7 business day no way. I emailed customer service last week to check on the order and got an email that they were closed for 9/11, the problem is I emailed them on 9/14. They shipped today after me calling and getting upset. They say they will be here in another 7 days. Not good enough. I have ordered from this site 4 or 5 times and this time has been the worst. Never again save yourself the trouble.
Prices are attractive, but service and fulfillment is incompetent. Two weeks after I placed my order, tracking still showed as in process. I hit up the service center who said order was placed with their supplier. Really? An hour later my order shows as completed. Click the shipper link, shows that a shipping label had been requested. THAT'S IT. Several days later still nothing. I asked them to go ahead and cancel the order, but too late, it finally shipped. Probably can return, but after three weeks, not sure it's worth it.
Clueless organization. Avoid.

Everything was great, from the customer service agent who helped me file a claim with my insurance, to using my gas card to pay for them. Everything was made easy. My only issue was how long my classes took to get here. Apparently they were back ordered but there was nothing indicated of that before I made my purchase. It's only after two weeks I called and was told they'd be processed in another week. Other than that I love them. Came with a cloth and case as well. No other issues. Will definitely use again the in future.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
