Very happy with my purchase from EZContacts. From submitting my prescription for contacts, to receiving my contacts, went very smoothly and quickly. Would highly recommend ordering from EZ contacts.
Tried several times to get ezcontacts to help me with doing an insurance claim. They don't answer emails at all!
Paid for prescription glasses. Glasses arrived wtih script info, but glasses themselves are just the original sunglasses. Still waiting for return shipment authorization. They claimed it was emailed, but it has not been emailed to me. And this was 3+ weeks after waiting for them, being told initially that the script could not be done but then stating they could be done, and were shipped. But was shipped was non-script glasses. Can't call and speak to anyone either. I've also tried the return process online but the order number 'is not found'.

This was a wonderful choice in choosing EZContacts for this pair of sunglasses. I would have over spent at other sites and there delivery was faster than expected. Very happy.
I got a small scratch on my premium lenses and they took care of it in a timely fashion.
Did it on weekend so took longer normal everything was just make sure that you have all your info and frame size is what you want.

I purchased contacts at least 3 different times and each time my contacts were different In shape and did not fit properly on my eye so they kept popping off. I thought I had my contacts inverted, so I took them out and put them on the other way. It was still the same problem. Eventually it scratched my cornea, and I can't wear contacts now for a long time. I took them all to my doctor's office.for review and inspection And found out that three out of five pairs were not shaped properly and were shaped in such a odd shape that most eyes could never handle to wear. By them being such a odd shape they would not fit on my eye and kept poping off, eventually it scratched my cornea and currently I cannot wear any contacts.

Fast ordering, shipping and item arrived on time. Was able to add prescription lenses to a Ray Ban frame at far less then buying direct or having it made by a local shop!

It took them a month to ship my item, I gave up after two weeks of the update saying "your item is being processed" and cancelled the order. But they shipped it anyway! Rediculous

How it possible that this company has such a high rating? Possible fake reviews by the company? Look at the better business bureau reviews. Run from this company. I purchased frames. They charged me. Never mailed anything. When I contacted them, they said it was on back order. After contacting them a second time, they said sorry it has been beyond 90 days. So no refund, but here is 30% off lense add ons. So you want me to buy something else after you failed to deliver the product? WOW! Don't just take my word, look at the better business review site on the number of complaints. Horrible company.

Bought some Versace frames and entered subscription info. Glasses were sent back with wrong subscription and I couldn't use them.

I'm pretty happy with the service and prices. I don't have to go through hassles getting my prescription verified or anything like that. They verified it within a business day.The prices are reasonable and they ship your contacts free. Regardless if you only buy one box.
I purchased my contacts on April 22. When I placed my order they didn't tell me it wouldn't be processed for ten days. When I didn't receive my order after a couple weeks, I looked it up to track it. I read on their website that they were closed for a holiday. When I placed my order there was no mention of it. I was traveling and having my order delivered out of state and didn't have enough contacts with me to cover my travels. I finally received my order after waiting 3 weeks! Terrible customer service!

Sunglasses never delivered. Ring Doorbell always works and shows video of drivers dropping off packages nearly everyday. I immediately emailed customer support and communicated the same. They sent a reply asking me to ask my neighbors if they have my package. What a strange, unpractical response to my email. I don't have time to knock on 20 doors introducing myself and asking them if they have my package. They stated they would have to research this case before refunding my credit card and said it would take 2 weeks. Unacceptable. They can reverse the sale, then file a claim with their carrier. It's not my problem that your vendor can't figure out how to drop off a package to my front door. Like I said, Amazon does it nearly every, for years, and gets it right 99% of the time. I'll never buy from a small channel like EZContacts again. Lesson learned.

Keep away! It is a total scam they never answer phone or CS line. I placed an order on August until 10/24 when I cancelled, no respect. Was a horrible experience. The track system showed me same status for two month. Several emails never answered.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
