The delivery was quick! I received exactly the same contacts at 70% of the price of my optometrist.
They are very light, which is something I look for in sunglasses.
But I realized that one of the plastics where it is held on the nose is loose as it is not adjusted, like the one on one side is adjusted and the other is almost coming off the sunglasses and I am afraid that it will come loose and get lost, I need to change them For others, both sides are good and not defective, one side is good and the other side is loose. Since they are expensive so that they are also poorly made and do not last a month with them. I only have a couple of days and I didn't realize that the sunglasses were defective.
Ordered contacts in October & paid $9 for expedited shipping, only to find out they were closed for the entire week due to a holiday. Don't know any company that shuts down for an entire week for even a major holiday without notifying the customer on the website. Had to order from a more reliable company & still had to pay for expedited shipping. Received my contacts 2 weeks late. Will never order from them again.
I ordered sunglasses on July 1st and chose expedited shipping for an extra $30. It is now July 24th and have not received them and have heard NOTHING from this company. I've sent 4 messages (no response) and have called about 10 times but no one answers the phone. I need to cancel these and there is no option to do so from the website. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE (LACK OF SERVICE) I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. BEWARE!

Very easy to order, takes a couple of minutes, good price, very good quality. The inly problem is the delivery, it takes some time. Don't order the last moment it is gonna take some time.

I loved the product, when you make the purchase it takes a week to send the tracking guide, I had to write making the request, finally the product arrived in good condition.
The first time I ordered, it took FOREVer to get them Even thought I uploaded my doctor prescription on line, they still said they had to contact the doctor That would not have been ok had I not paid for fastest delivery They never reimbursed me for the delivery being a month.

I've ordered one pair before, it was a hassle. It was during Passover, so I didn't get what was supposed to be 2-3 days shipping into a month. This past time, I ordered a pair, I paid for EXPEDITED SHIPPING, I think it was 1-2 days. They didn't show up, so I called. The representative on the phone said 'Oh, well we don't have those frames anymore and they're discontinued so we won't be getting more.' Ok, that's fine. I asked the rep, 'Were you all going to tell me unless I called and asked?' You own representative, said 'I hate to say it, but probably no.' That's a $#*!ing $#*!ty way to run a business. Based on these two experiences, I wouldn't recommend anyone do business with you all until you figure simple things like inventory out.

For the second time in a row, I've received the wrong color glasses.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
