I was disappointed it took as long as it did to receive my prescription eye glasses order. I ordered on 4/2/25 and received order on 5/6/25. It was advertised as a one week turnaround. Overall I am very happy with my eyeglasses.
Price match policy was intentionally misleading. They acknowledged it as such and apparently referred to management but did nothing to make whole those that they misled.

I first took their self online eye exam years ago, half expecting it not to work. It resulted in an accurate prescription + ordering contacts has been so easy and fast. I rarely go to the optometrist anymore which saves me time and $$$. This review sounds so cliche was it's real!

I selected the 3-5 business days shipping and they came well over two weeks. When they came, the screw was loose and the handle fell off. I can't fix it

Ordered two pairs of Sunglasses, that were never received. Made a complaint about missing package, they replaced one pair and still owe me another pair or 1/2 my money back. Very poor customer service, how do i get my money pack?

If I could give a zero, I would worst customer service we own a small mom and pop place. I used them before and now I realize why I don't Customer picked out a pair of frames. The price was pretty fair ordered them. It did not fit them correctly so I sent them back and because I did not send the return form, but I had the shipping and put the information in there. They are trying to take my money like I never sent something back then they receive the Package And they've had my money going on 45 days. No customer service whatsoever. I would stay away from this site unless you know exactly what you're ordering. We will never do business with them again and we are having to get Wells Fargo involved to cancel payment because they received the frames signed for them And all I keep getting is warranty and returns will process as soon as they can 45 days they've had our money and they've got their frames back. Worst customer service.

When I went outside, my glasses barely darkened. I had transitions lenses before & they turned much darker.
I ordered two boxes of contacts received one which was correct and a few days later the second box came. I expected that box to be the same RX but when I opened it and put the contact in I couldn't see anything out of it! I checked the box and to my surprise it was not my prescription. I contacted the company and was told they were on holiday and closed for the week. I send email explaining what happened and called again when they opened back up. I was then told that it was my error and I sent the incorrect RX and that they don't keep the original RX and they can't do anything about it. I was very surprised and asked how it could possibly be my error since the first box they sent was correct and the second box was a completely different and incorrect Rx. It took numerous calls and being passed to one person and another to finally get their error resolved and they sent a box of sample contact's to me to replace the original order. Very frustrating and disappointing customer service. My suggestion to anyone ordering from them is to order one box at a time because apparently they can't handle an order for two and will blame you for their error.

I've purchased 3 pairs of glasses from this company, two different times. The first time, a there was a loose lens upon arrival. I got out my glass repair kit to tighten it up only to find that the screw was stripped, and it was as tight as it could be. So, they knew the lens was loose, tried to tighten it, realized the lens was too small, and went ahead and sent it with a stripped screw and a too small lens. With the second order I had 1 tom ford and 2 persol. One of the persol, titanium - super cool glasses... again, problems with the screws. I've had the glasses a few weeks, and the lens screws have fallen out on both sides. Last week, one of my lenses fell out in front of a customer. Shipping, same day or next day is not real. Plan on 6 weeks, to be safe. So, while I appreciate the discount pricing, there have been some problems.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
