TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. No reply to e-mails whatsoever. No reply to my request to cancel the order that is now on back order. No information whatsoever. Unbelievable that they can get away with treating customers in such a way.

This was easy and nice. Thank you.
I was a little disappointed that when my frames were backordered I wasn't notified in a timely fashion and I wasn't given an option to change my order at that time. The backorder did resolve itself quickly and I LOVE LOVE LOVE my sunglasses. Over all this was a positive experience, and I will be using this service again.
