I paid for new eyeglasses frames they came to me in poorly created you could see the color was already faded out or they didn't use enough coloring when making my eyeglass frame you could also see the screws that hold the ear part of the lens to the frame so they are a eye sore they also were almost to big for my face two times too big for my face to be factual! IF that wasn't good enough with all this bad weather snow & ice I half price was willing to pay full for sunglasses lens that were sent back without A refund of money back to me at Burlington Iowa Shopko they also said the year before when ordering Eyeglass Frames they would have at least some of the little right size frame for my face that were square frame lens they had NONE was lied to be them! Even the Doctor was Bullied by his staff that he Transfer to a different Shopko store! God Bless all Abby Lynn
Good. I made an error in entering my prescription and James e-mailed me to verify the accuracy. I picked up the error right away, but he showed that he was thinking and not just processing an order.
The coupon codes given did not work and I messaged them and asked how long before I got them and it ended up being twice as long was very difficult to get customer service and no replies to my emails
The lenses is amazing! It is way better than my non brand name lenses. However, I found a better price for the same pair of glasses. About 150 dollars less.

This pair of glasses was an identical replacement of glasses previously purchased and the price was 24% higher (!) which hurt a little.

These glasses are a little stronger than my last prescription. They made me nausious the first day and things are blurry. Maybe I should have gone with the comfort varilux?

I returned the frames because they did not fit. I was not happy having to pay for return shipping. Most likely will not order from again for this reason.

Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.
