I would buy from eyeglasses.com again. The trivex lenses are awesome! The frame l chose looked great on me but left something to be desired on how warped they were and having to straighten them out.

So far pretty great. Strange that you can't add prescription to some sunglass frames, but the person on the phone suggested that I just add a separate lens order and they would take care of it.

Website was hard to use. The chat screen for one, couldn't be dismissed. I had to start over. Not sure why you show glasses that the manufacturer can't provide.

Unbelievable selection and some very reasonable prices. Found glasses at eyeglasses.com that I couldn't find anywhere else in the world, and I've been looking! Very pleased with my purchase.

A less expensive alternative for my pricey prescription. The fit of the frames needs a bit of adjusting but assuming that is done easily, I will use them again.

I really like the idea of a "liberal return policy" where I can try on some frames and return the ones that you don't like within thirty days for a full refund. We'll see how this goes!

I was pleased with every aspect of my experience except for the shipping time. The shipment took 3-4 weeks. In the age of Amazon Prime, that kind of slowness is no longer acceptable.

It took a month and I had to call twice to move the process along. Y'all need to have systems in place to keep orders processing timely! Project management, agile practices, and accountability.

This company is terrible. I have submitted 3 orders and they have been unable to deliver on 2 of them. I have sent email request and even called customer service and have had no response on the status of my last order. I will not make the mistake of dealing with them again.
