I can see a lot of reflection on the lenses, lights or images and this whether I am indoor or outdoor which make it a little annoying, I never had that issue before

I have ordered several frames and lenses here, mainly classic Anglo American AA-406 frames in various colors with progressive lenses. Everything has always been perfect.

Good selection of frames, selecting all the options and specs was a breeze, and shipping was much quicker than I thought (especially being in Hawaii)!

Paid the extra shipping charge for 1 day shipping. Order on April 18th and received on April 27th. Thats not 2 to 3 days to process and 1 day for shipping. Called to complain and said would be credited for the shipping. Here it is May 9th and still have not been credited.

So far everything has been great! Rose with the online chatting was a big help and answered all my questions and concerns. Hopefully the frames and delivery time will be as great of an experience.

Very confusing but called and got the help they were very kind. The glasses do not work well lines makes where I cannot use them to drive( cannot see speed or anything, not really happy.

Its a confusing purchase but after all the research you laid it out the best. We'll see how it goes from here
Took longer than expected to receive them. Needed optician to adjust the glasses.

All was OK but the carrier (DHL Express) Request additional payment as process fee which makes me not happy as I paid for the shipment to door, my experience with other carrier from USA as UPS and Aramex do not ask for any additional payment.

Glasses are very well made, and I really liked the customer service and quick and clear response I got each time around I contacted them.

So far has no complaints, will definitely order again.

Fast and easy just hope the glasses workout good I love the frames and lens but I returned frame for a slightly larger size frame of same style thank you all very much. Jerry

Purchasing my eyeglasses through eyeglasses.com was so much less expensive than from my eye doctor. Choosing the correct lenses was a bit confusing, though.

My wife's replacement lenses are fine. We had to do a little frame adjusting, which is normal, to make the trifocals line up just right. Good experience for less cost than the retail establishments.

Entering my street address was amazingly painful. The City, State, and Zip fields were hard to navigate, nonintuitive.

Other than that, I'm very satisfied with the frames.

You carry a frame that wasn't listed on Amazon! However, I never received the email saying my order had shipped. I even emailed a question asking when it would ship. Otherwise, perfect.

Really quick to find what I needed (which I was told by another supplier that the frames weren't available any more). Price was much below other sources. Easy ordering process. Highly Recommended.

Easy to use website, good frame selection, and competitive pricing. Also good lens selection, often can't find trivex.
Don't send frames with rubbed off letters. Seems like glasses were used before.
