Your virtual try on images do not always work. Some of them are way too large and show up to the extreme right of the face and upside down. I tried two browser, Safari and Firefox.

Shipping was confusing. It offered $12 next day then changed to $47 for USPS 4-8 days. Re-did order from scratch in different browser, got free but no next day option offered.

Took almost three weeks to get my glasses, had to keep contacting customer, would be nice to have an email indicating there were issues with getting the frames from the vendor.
