Very grateful to have a company that can makes lenses for sport glasses in my prescription. None of my local companies have the technology. Website, ordering, and delivery were all excellent.
Lenses were defective upon receipt. This was verified by my eye doctor. Glasses have been returned. Would like FULL refund, as they should never have been shipped with these defects.
Problems with ordering on website. Was forced to go back several times. Glasses are not a perfect fit as far as the side pieces are concerned, but I am adjusting.

The website was arduous and frustrating for ordering. Things went much more smoothly when I had Rose on the phone to complete my order.

Glasses broke when optometrist went to replace lens with my lens, was brittle (possibly old stock) and snapped off the nose pad screw that holds left lens :( not happy
Live Chat was very helpful with my questions. Easy to us site. Shipping took a bit longer than I feel it should have. Process/people were great, product was not very good quality, not even close.
Overall good. I ordered from another place the same day and I received those glasses a whole week before. So they had much better delivery times. I was happy with my glasses here as well.

Overall, a decent experience. Reasonable prices, good selection. In the event that you have questions or difficulties, customer service is essentially non-responsive, however, which is a turn off.
Great process from start to finish. I actually gave them the wrong RX, and they corrected it on the fly. Really fast and affordable for premium Oakley frames.
Ok except can not enter color for fashion tint solid. I called and got correct tint. Threr was a place on web page to do this. Quality of lens and frame were great.
I ordered trifocals, the bottom lens of the trifocal is about 1/8 inch above the bottom of frame.
I do not understand this. This lens placement was the only negative.

Though I satified overal with customer experience, however
I would suggest to improve communication with customer support, and order processing speed, and also I now a little confused regarding of my anti glare coverage for lenses. I paid extra to have both sides antiglare effect but I dont notice any difference with the one side glare coverage of my previouse old lenses. So that is the consern if it work for anti-reflection protection or not...

Takes a while from start to finish but a great price and great selection! My husband's bridge is incredibly wide so finding glasses that suit his face can be difficult. He looks great!
Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.
