I'd love to see more info on poly/Trivex/glass, on crizal, on all the lens options, available right there where the options are chosen. The information is on your website, it's just not exposed very well in the places where customers actually make decisions.

I will be buying more glassss from your website. My girlfriend will be buying her next glasses from you also. Your products are top quality and your website is comprehensive and provides updates on all stages of the purchase to the lab to shipping. U love the accessories that came with my Oakley eyeglasses. I bought the same glasses from a 'premium provider' in Pittsburgh. I then lost the glasses and replaced them with the same set from your website. The glasses I received from you were better quality and had all the cases and stems and nosepieces that I didn't get from the store. I am never going anywhere else. Your quality is top notch. I am a customer for life.

I had to place a second order for the glasses I originally ordered. The first set was not as ordered - I wanted 38 mm round frames without bridge pads, but received 40mm frames with bridge pads. The trouble with the first, mis-delivery is that I did not discover the error until I was having new lenses made, and so have had to live with the larger frames and bridge pads. Further, I ordered accompanying clip-on sunglasses, and they are 38mm, and so do not fit my new frames.

The second order quickly came as ordered, with the correct sunglasses, and I am happy for future lens application.

The upshot is to ensure you have received what you ordered on delivery - you cannot trust Eyeglasses.com to provide products as desired.

Easy ordering, but after paying an extra $10 for speedy shipping, I thought I would receive the glasses two days after ordering them NOT a week later. I guess the VERY fine print said "two days AFTER processing the order" which ended up taking close to 5 days. Makes me wonder if I would have received them about the same time had I not paid extra. Nonetheless, I'm VERY happy with my frames! Thank you!

After 11 days of no shipping info I had to file a complaint with PayPal to get my order completed. After I filed the complaint my order was processed and I received them in 3 days which I expected from the beginning.

I am a return customer

I am a return customer. The shopping experience is very good. The prices are low and I can find the glasses with cable temple on this web site. However, there is a problem with the symmetry of the temples to the lens portion of the frame. The left temple had to be bent outward about 5 degrees to align with the right temple. Also, the height of the bifocal is about two mm. Higher than the identical glasses which I purchased previously. In fact, the bifocal on the previous pair had to be lowered about 5mm. To place it in the proper viewing position. I don't know why the bifocal was not placed at the same height as the pair I purchased previously. I think ArtCraft has a problem with their quality control on frames.

I ordered a pair of frames with next day delivery. Even accounting for "2-3 days of business processing" the shipment arrived roughly 12 days later. Worse, two email requests I sent for information went unanswered. I finally called, and the woman was helpful, even going to the point of canceling the next day fee (which was appropriate). The glasses also arrived shortly thereafter.

You redeemed yourselves in the end, but I went through a week of wondering whether I'd even sent my money to a legitimate company.

Also, it seems the inventory you list is not the inventory you have, but that you are ordering from the manufacturers after you get the order. You should get this fixed. If you keep some inventory on hand, you can list such items with overnight delivery. But things that aren't on hand should be noted as such. Until this gets fixed, I can't recommend your site. I wish you well.

My items took awhile to arrive and when I tried to cancel a backordered item, it was delivered anyway. Also, I wasn't informed that some of my items were backordered until after I already placed my order.

Glasses were advertised as Clearvision Clint eyeglasses. When order arrived, they were Clint II frames. Was looking for Clint frames, not Clint II. Notified customer service, that I was returning frames. They received frames and refunded money to PayPal account.

I like that you had the option for mid-range/computer prescription (that was the difference between you and GlassesUSA that prompted me to buy your product). I also GREATLY appreciated the follow up email where they asked for a copy of my prescription to make sure it was correct (this was likely due to the extreme variation in correction needed between me eyes). The earpieces were a bit tight at first but loosened up and are comfortable.

Quick, easy, and convenient

Quick, easy, and convenient. And the prices are phenomenal! I went to 4 local shops and the prices were 2x-4x more. It only took 2 weeks for my glasses to arrive and I ordered several add ons for my lenses

The initial ordering experience was good

The initial ordering experience was good. When I received the glasses I found the size I'd ordered was too small for face. Partially my fault. It would have been nice to have the Virtual Tryon available, but it wasn't.

The other problem was with the bifocal lens. The sharpest focus was from the top line to about 4mm. Below it. The rest of the lens was out of focus-not by much, but, enough to be uncomfortable to read with.

I must say that when I called customer service with my problems the reception was cordial. I was told to ship the glasses back and they would replace the frames with a larger size and check out the bifocal issue.

I haven't received the replacement yet but, I'm hoping they will be satisfactory. I still think eyeglassed.com is great place to purchase glasses. They have round frames that I searched for locally, at any number of dealers and no one stocked them or even had a way of special ordering them.

I received my glasses just fine, but on the same day received an email for a 10% off promotion. I emailed customer service on that same day (June 8th) and asked if I could please receive the promotion of "takeoff10now" since I had JUST placed an order. I never heard a response to that request.
