This was my first time using Eyeglasses.com, I got my glasses quickly, it was easy to upload my script information, and the glasses are gorgeous and I love the way they look on me. I won't ever go anywhere else.

I love the lenses, I know they are complex and you guys did a great job. My complaint is that the frames suck. They are warped such that they sit crooked on my head. This distorts the lenses. Ihave tried on numerous times to bend them to correct the frame. If you lie them down opened, one side is 1/4 of an inch above the surface. I've gotten it down to1/8" inch but the frames look bent. I'm afraid to bend them more as they might break. The frames being crooked impact the effectiveness of the lenses.

I placed an order for eyeglasses. I have waited 3 weeks and still do not have eyeglasses.

I have used the "chat" feature on the website, I would say 4 or 5 times.
I have called the customer service number 5 or 6 times.
I have left messages for the supervisor 2 or 3 times.
I have sent emails directly to the supervisor's email 2 times.

I have received 0 replies.
I have received 0 pairs of eyeglasses.
I was charged for 100% of the order.

Those are the facts. I got a random email on Friday, March 10 that while addressing none of my requests or concerns, stated that my order was shipping that day. It is March 15, and they have not shipped. I even got that from the same person who told me they shipped on the 10th. Again, these are undisputed facts that can be backed up with evidence. Not a complaint.

After 10 days, I went back to your website to check on the status of my order. With no notice to me, I found my frames on backorder. I called and left a message with customer service. I also emailed customer service for an update. No one returned my call. No one responded to my email. But the next day I received an email notice that my frames had been shipped. I guess someone checked, found my frames, and put them in the mail?

I found the site easy to manipulate and when I called customer service with a question I was extremely happy with the attendant.

Each of the representatives that I spoke with were courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will definetily use eyeglasses.com again.

I received new frames promptly, as in previous purchases. Included in the box with new frames were flyers with 2 glaring errors. 1) A code for FREE lenses for new lens purchasers was "no longer valid." After lengthy conversations online, I was given a 25% discount only. 2) The ADDRESS for mailing frames for new lenses was "Pittsfield, CT *******" when the correct address was "Pittsfield, MA *******." So I'm happy getting frames from eyeglasses.com, but getting lenses was a very unpleasant experience.

Got the lined trifocals for computer work at desk, but the mid-range is sighted for a closer monitor, and the visual band is too narrow, booth vertically and horizontally. Will keep as backup, but not useful for regular work.

Was genuinely happy with the way customer service handled the out of stock issue. The color item I originally ordered was out of stock till December. I chose a different color and the rep expedited the order.

Lost maybe a day or two due to the out of stock but was still able to get the product in time.

Know its tough to manage suppliers but would have been helpful to know the item was backordered when making original order.

I paid extra for rush shipping, and the eyeglasses took so long I had to change the shipping address. Then when I changed the address they were still sent to the original address. Took more than two weeks to get eyglasses. Boo. Never using your site again.

I spoke with a customer service representative on 9/18/2015. I made a mistake with one measurement, the width of the lenses. I measured something different. I told the lady that it was my fault. The lady told me that she would e-mail me some choices, and that I am allowed one free replacement. I did not order lenses that were wide enough. It's two days later, and she has not e-mailed me a list of choices. Your return policy is unbelievable! Thanks, Bernard Nesse

Easy website to use in order to place my order. Processing & delivery was excellent.

However the incorrect pupillary distance was submitted on my order and have returned the eyeglasses to have the lenses corrected to the correct pupillary distance. I mailed the eyeglasses back on 7/13/20 and are to be delivered 7/16/20. I had contacted customer service by email & by telephone concerning the return, but no one replied to either, so I sent them back according to the information on your website.

Love the selection and also the ability to return if I don't like frames.

The eyeglass case I received did NOT match the frames and when I called I was told that our company could not get the matching case. I find this unsatisfactory, since other companies CAN get the matching case - i.e. framesdirect.com

I am very happy with my glasses

I am very happy with my glasses. This is my first time using eyeglasses.com. I upgraded my lenses to the Crizal Alize Polycarbonate Anti-Reflective lenses and couldn't be happier. I got twice the bells & whistles for half the price I was finding locally. My order took three weeks to get in, but worth the wait. I'd highly recommend.

I ordered two pair of frames, one with sunglass lenses. That pair came in as the wrong size. I called customer service, explained the issue and a new pair was ordered immediately. I was mailed the correct size with a label to return the incorrect pair. Terrific customer service!

I took a chance on the frames I chose since the pictures on the site didn't show a front facing view, but only a angled side view. I am so glad that I did. The frames are perfect and the wait for the lenses was about the same as if I went somewhere in town to get them. The only drawback to the experience was my own fault; I forgot to add antiglare to my lenses!

Prior to ordering I called to ask if the frame was in stock. The agent looked it up and said it would be ordered and delivered to me in 7-10 days. That's fine.
I received the eyeglasses.com frame in 10 days. The Modo frame I received from eyeglasses.com is not the same quality as the Modo frame I tried on at the optometrist's office. The eyeglasses.com frame does not have the same tortoise colors as I expected compared to the optometrist's frame. I am returning the frame as the frame quality and coloring is different that what I had tried on locally.
