Update: 1/29/2015. I could not wait to order new lenses, so I immediately changed them from the Brown frame to this Blue frame, and being an identical frame except for color, they fit perfectly. Thank you!
I paid for next day shipping and didn't receive anything for 7 days. Their shipping policies weren't clear until after i ordered. I will never order from them again. My toddler went w out glasses for an entire week- and all i ordered were frames. I had the lenses. Just awful.
Easy to shop for frames and upload prescription. However, when I received my order the prescription was incorrect. Still waiting for a call back. My son is upset that he had to wait another month for his eyeglasses.
Should my order be delivered in 1 biz day ( as paid for) and its revealed to be the quality that I'm anticipating, its probable that I'll revised this rating to 5 stars. My order eventually two additional weeks. I did get reimbursed for shipping. Eval still 4 stars.
You have a nice selection to choose from, although I returned the pair I ordered. I did not like that they were made in China.

My question on restocking fee for more than 3 frames was not answered when asked in chat, in addition chat agent stopped responding entirely.
I am trying to return the three frames from my order and fill the prescription for only one of the frames. But I am not able to get anyone on the phone to let me know how send my preferences with the returned glasses. Also, I was not aware that I would need to cover the shipping payment for the return. Where is the customer service?
It's now October 1st and I'm still waiting on Eyeglasses.com to send me an email confirming they received the package I sent to them using 2-Day shipping. Just a warning for everyone who isn't too sure about the size they're ordering--I placed my original order September 10th... This site seems okay at best but it's painfully slow and I wouldn't suggest anyone else buy their glasses from them unless they're 100% positive the frames they're ordering will fit them perfectly--and they're willing to wait at least a week for them to ship.
This proved to be a very efficient and cost effective way of purchasing special lenses: Varilux with Crizal coating. I am going to purchase a second pair. Totally satisfied. Also, the turnaround time was impressive: 10 days clicking submit to wearing the glasses!
Actually, the frames I chose were lovely but did not suit the purpose for which I needed them. They were easy to return and I received a prompt confirmation they had been received. Such lovely service means I will happily order again!
I purchased prescription sunglasses with progressive lenses. The cut on the lenses is very good and I am happy with that part of the order. The darkness of the tint was less than expected. Before attempting to return the lenses I am going to try an wear them in full sun, something we haven't had since I received my order (Michigan in March).
Order management and and customer communications needs to be improved upon. Product price is excellent. Product quality is excellent. 3 out of 2 isn't bad. But customers will go somewhere else if they can match quality and price with better customer service.
Glasses took a little long to arrive, but I am pleased with them. The glasses were a little pricey though I realize mark up on name brand frames is going to be more expensive. Prescription is perfect. I tried on glasses at a local shop so I knew the fit/look would be what I wanted. Overall I am very happy with my glasses!
Excellent customer service and I love my new glasses which replaced my favorite list pair of same designer, style and color.
So far, everything appears to be fine. I would just recommend there being photos of all colors of glasses being sold.
Last time, I had ordered three pairs of glasses and received confirmation for three pairs, yet only two pairs arrived. I waited another week after the first two arrived before calling to inquire as to where was the third pair. I was informed that the third pair was no longer available.
There are two issues with this: 1) Someone should have contacted me to inform me that the pair for which I had received confirmation, was no longer available. 2) Had I received such confirmation, I would have ordered another pair in its place.
The product and price was great, but the frames were a little too big for my face, so I had to ship them back! I had a bit of a hard time trying to completely the form online, to get a return shipping label. The man kept telling me that there was something wrong with my browser, but I had just returned 2 other glasses from other company's and my browser had no problem with printing any labels. I asked for them to just email the label to me, but he said that he couldn't do that! I kept him on the phone and eventually, after numerous try's, their program finally allowed me to continue and I was able to print the return label... very strange. Anyways, I would say they're are a really good Company to order from.
Great selection of perfectly round frames (Dolomiti brand)... fair prices... excellent telephone support from Michelle, WHEN it's possible to reach someone. But I've also left voice messages and sent email and wait 3-4+ business days with no response.
Ordered twice...first order, 1 of 2 frames had defective hinges... second order, 1 of 3 frames had defective hinges. I lost faith in the quality of the Dolomiti brand and returned all five and ordered a different brand frame from a different seller. First refund was immediate. Eyeglasses.com received the 2nd order i returned 7 days ago and has not yet refunded my purchases price. But Michelle assured me just now that the refund will be processed today.
I admittedly did not provide all of the info they needed initially, but they let me know and quickly let me know that they would quickly update me with a tracking number. That ws the last time I heard from them for 10+ days. Despite phone calls and emails.
I rated 4 stars because your site did not provide the facility of trying the glasses on line. Also, the the frame did not provide images at different angles. Since I know what I want, I could go without much look at the design pictures. The images of the glasses are not on par with online sellers sites of the competition.
I did not receive timely information regarding the progress of my order. I received it once and the order took a month or more.
The frames arrived quickly considering it was an international order. Eyeglasses.com were the only supplier that stocked the model I was looking for as these frames were no longer being manufactured so I was extremely happy to find them.

Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.
