Online chat didn't work

Online chat didn't work -- no one answered. I was hoping to find out if sunglass clips are available for the 'skull' glasses ordered. No 'try-it-on' feature for the selected glasses. But searching your site for suitable frames was a snap, and all the info needed is on every page, easy to see and find. And you ship to Canada, which is not always the case. Thanks for that.

Very good selection and excellent pricing. Because of the holidays, it was not shipped until 11 days after the order was placed, but it was shipped 2-day priority. Unfortunately for me, the glasses did not fit me well, but that is no reflection on the glasses themselves. They will look great on someone else.

Best supply of small frames for my petite wife. Unfortunately none of the frames worked for my wife.They were returned promptly and my charge card was credited in a timely manner. I would certainly use them again. Their prices were also the best around.

Customer service via phone with was Mika excellent. The frames arrived in a reasonable time period but I was disappointed when they arrived.

The frame color was supposed to be tortoise shell but were basically black. Not what was shown online. In fact everyone I have shown them to thought they were black. I have fair skin and black is to harsh for my skin tone. I would not have chosen black.

I did not send them back because I didn't want to be out a shipping cost of another 18.00. This would total a cost of 36.00 on 77.00 glasses.

I guess at some point I will have use the frames for readers that will only be used at home where nobody will see them to justify the money spent.

The price and quality was great

The price and quality was great.

That said, I was disappointed with the shipping options.

Lead time needed for processing the glasses was as expected, and I received very good communication related to the receiving, processing and shipping. Yet I elected to pay the extra $9.95 for medium priority shipping, which took a total of 7 days to ship the package in lieu of the 4 days expected by way of USPS First Class.

Why not offer a USPS Priority Mail at $6.95 and 1 to 3 day shipping? It is cheaper and quicker, and given that eyeglasses readily fits in the same size mailing envelope. The shipping options are vague and need to be improved.

I am a long time customer of eyeglasses.com. The frame I ordered in August was put in back order and I had to wait some time; since I was happy with the previous quality of delivery and service, I decided to wait. During this period my current eyeglasses got damaged and I wrote to eyeglasses.com for an immediate order. James@ eyeglasses.com responded right away and within few days I had my frames; by the way this happened when I was out of country. I cannot comment on the quality of customer service I received from James and eyeglasses.com. I also asked James to send a pair of new temples for my broken frame and he sent right to my US address. eyeglasses.com thank you very much for your excellent service.

Got my glasses just as ordered
February 2, 2019

Got my glasses just as ordered. Took them in and got them adjusted to my head. Now trying to adjust to my new prescription. Make sure you have a current eye alignment from an eye doctor before you order your glasses. Plus, if you are used to a wider view in the center of your progressive lense, check first. I don't think the manufacturer they used on mine had a wide enough center vision. Hopefully I will adjust.

Very professional and helpful. Certainly have the best options to ensure excellent eye glasses.

I still must get the eyeglasses adjusted to fit properly, but eyeglasses.com was still the best option in getting new eyeglasses because of all the choices available.

Website fought back constantly while trying to check out. First, it would not accept the discount code you had just e-mailed me. Then, I had to reload the payment page so I could move on to make payment. Then it insisted my credit card was invalid from the first keystroke -- I deleted and typed exactly the same number again (it was still saved in the Google Chrome software) and on the third try, it took... Yikes!

This pair of glasses did not have the "blue" in the front of the frames that I had seen in a local shop. When I checked on them with Eyeglasses.com they explained that they are cut from a large piece of material and you don't always have the same colors in each pair - exactly. I had to return them but other than that, they were great!

I have ordered from you before and I am was very satisfied. The only reason that I knocked down one star is that I would have liked the option of choosing "no coating" for my glass lenses as I am skeptical that any coating is harder than glass. I also like the static free aspect of glass as I work in a dusty environment.

The glasses arrived today in a timely manner. I'm not sure if there is a coating on them or not but at this point I am very pleased with them.

Eyeglasses.com had the largest selection of frames that I liked. I'm delighted with my new glasses. It was so easy to narrow down my choices with the filters. I did try on glasses at local optical stores to find the ones I was sure would be right for me. I liked the virtual try-on, too. Initially, I had clown glasses, not knowing I needed to add the pupillary distance for each eye to get the correct try-on fit. I called customer service and had the "fix" via email the following day. Thank you!
