My daughter really likes her glasses. Now she can see what the words are, not guessing what the Dr's orders say on her script.
EG took approx 3 week's order to delivery. Frames direct took 2 MONTHS to deliver my glasses.

None of them were flattering. I had to return them all, and I received a confirmation that you all received them. I will look at some more styles in the future.

Thanks, I appreciate the quality and service, but I was really surprised at the total cost of my order. I chose top shelf options for lens, transitions, scratch resist, etc. At the end of the day, tt was equivalent to the retail store price and quality in my neighbor hood. I expected to be "WOWed" with savings. Not sorry, just answering your question about my buying experience.

Ordered 3 pair, one pair came damaged not covered in plastic and looked like they were returned by another customer and never cleaned before being sent out. The other two pair looked brand new sealed in plastic cover just did not like the look on me.

Would like more information on how to submit to an insurance or how to add insurance to profile. Other than that it was easy. However when I choose next day shipping I expect it to ship in 24-48 hours, not take 5 days to process without some sort of communication of either the items not in stock, not found or even given a general idea of how orders are completed.

I ordered two sets of lenses in my existing frames and one complete new pair of frames and lenses. This was done by 3 separate orders. Pricing was "fair" competitive, delivery very timely/ excellent, quality very good, ease of ordering very good. Overall very satisfied, will recommend and use eyeglasses.com in the future.

The customer service is horrible
November 4, 2015

The customer service is horrible. They quoted 1-2 days delivery. It was six weeks. I had to call supplier for delivery information. Customer service just said "we ill get back to you". Never did. Also the girl at customer service had a bad attitude. A company is know by the service it gives. In this case it was poor.

One of the three frames was no longer available and I was informed of that prior to the shipment and a credit was applied for that third, unavailable pair. I did not feel like a "customer number" but rather an individual. Thank you!

Great customer service, and sent the right amount of emails to let me know where my glasses were in the production stages. Once they shipped out, shipping was pretty prompt and I received them on time as I was expecting. The only thing that is a little frustrating is because they have so many different frames, sometimes they don't have the style, or certain color, or size in stock in specific frames anymore. Every time I have been looking at glasses, I just use the live chat on the website to double check that the specific frame, color, and size is in fact still in stock. A couple of times they weren't in stock or available anymore and the website was updated with the new information as soon as I was told by the representative.

If you purchase your frames at another vendor, you will want to come back to www.eyeglasses.com for the best deal on your lenses! Few vendors will install lenses in frames from another vendor. Not the case here...they are a full-service provider. And the best part is I saved $300 at eyeglasses.com on my lenses. And they are crystal clear! So Happy! I feel like I hit the jackpot here! All went well during the purchase process except the try on room; did not get that to work. The eyeglass frames ordered came from Italy and the weather was poor in the northeast, thus delivery of my order was delayed several weeks. The prescription is very accurate, the Crizal lenses are excellent and the Armani frames are very nice.

Although I ordered 1.67 lenses very similar to the ones I own, prescription-wise, they were visibly thicker than my other frames, which are identical to the ones I mailed in to have sunglasses made out of them.
