I had difficulty understanding my insurance, but the EyeMed number got me to a great Customer Service Rep named Linda who patiently walked me through things. It's nice to have a person who is patient help me get past the confusion of online ordering.
This is the fourth order I have placed with eyeglasses.com. Each time the ordering process has been streamlined and simple, receiving my order usually in less time than promised. This has saved me literally "hundreds" of dollars compared to some of the other website. I remain a VERY satisfied customer.
I have a problem with the new glasses. They are too high on my nose.

Good selection. Good prices but the price jumped around a bit before it settled down to the advertised price. (Might have been a webpage glitch.) Received three frames quickly and was very glad I did it this way. Gave me a chance to try on and evaluate three frames that weren't available locally. Selected the one I liked best and returned the other two. This is a great way to buy frames.
My grandson break a lot of frames. This frame was perfect for a replacement.

Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.

Answer: Less than 2 weeks in my experience, which involved sending in my existing Ray Ban frame to have the new prescription lens installed.
