This exceeded my expectations in every way. I like the virtual try on, really like the Ray Ban frames that don't seem to be available anywhere else--not at this price. I understand the business model; however, it would be nice if sales bundles were done that included some of the more common features that customers purchase vs. everything being a-la-carte. For example, I purchase a $20 frame, but after I add filtering for computer use (which who doesn't need this feature), lens thinness (which who doesn't WANT this feature), and non-scratch surface (again, shouldn't this be an automatic feature?)...a low-cost set of glasses is now almost, if not more than $100. That gets expensive over time. It would be nice to have the most commonly selected features included and increase your starting price accordingly, listing it out so the customer knows what they are buying up front.
The ordering experience was easy and quick, and I received my glasses very quickly! There was one point of confusion about my prescription, and the communication about that was prompt and friendly.
While my glasses are great, which is most important, the lanyard/chain I added onto my order keeps slipping off my glasses when I try to wear them around my neck. The rubber loops that go on the ear piece of the glasses just won't get/stay tight. I was lucky enough to catch my glasses each time they slipped, until they finally dropped to the floor one time. I've given up on the lanyard, which was a waste of $12.

It was amazing delivery was a week and tracking updates were also 10/10. Got my glasses well packaged no damage at all and it came with a case and extra cloth to clean my glasses.
I responded to this ad through the text message you sent me which offered a coupon to purchase "OOOBOHO" and 2-day delivery, once I completed my first pair of glasses, neither offer was available to select from. Please do not text me offers that draw my attention, yet are not available to me...I consider that as false advertising. Hopefully all goes well and this will not be my last purchase.

Kept checking on line about my order...then noticed a "order on hold" msg (?) I call, low and behold you are saying my PE number is NOT on the form? I went thru MAJOR hassle to get that info so I KNOW it is on the form(!). The lady says 'oh its on the form we just have to move it (or something rediculous like that) WHY NOT EMAIL ME?
So I asked to make sure you did not need anything else from me- SSN? Shoe size? Favorite color? I am baffled on this one.
This is just so stupidly absurd. I will not be recommending your company. Prices were great but...

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
