I love everything about this place. As long as you know your prescription and size, the world is yours. The eyeglasses arrive promptly and as beautiful as they are in the pictures on the site. Could be more helpful to suggest lense size needed for proper glasses to size of face, had difficulty choosing right frames because progressive lens needs to be a larger size, or you won't have enough vision in distance, or one of the other sight choices.
I played the "Spin the Wheel" game and proceeded to review frames and then purchase glasses. The site literally did not work after ten attempts. I thought it was due to the discounts being provided through the Wheel game. I try different ways to get my order to go through but I kept getting a "try again" message. Tonight, I randomly logged on and tried to submit my order and it FINALLY went through. I'm excited about the frames so I hope that it will alleviate my frustration and the delay caused.

I recently purchased 2 pair of glasses in June 2018, and now it is September 1st and both of the glasses had a temple crack off. I have tried to get in contact with the customer service through the website but have had little success. So I am now buying another pair in hopes that the old ones will be refunded. Neither pair was mishandled, I simple started to open them to put them on and the temple cracked right off of the one pair and the other pair had the temple crack along the edge of the lens so that I have to tape them and because they are bifocal lenses it is difficult to see out of them because they no longer sit properly on my face which makes every thing fuzzy.

I really liked that you can upload a picture and see how you look in the glasses. The prices are very reasonable and they have a variety of selections. Wish they had more designer frames, but overall site has a good selection.

The glasses are great quality, customer service is great, delivery time is great. I honestly could not say a bad word about them! If I could change anything it would be that they will start shipping to the UK since I'll be living there soon and would love to continue purchasing with eye buy direct!

Great selection of glasses! Didn't give 5 stars because the website could be more user friendly. This is in specific to the "compare" frames button. I was not able to pick the glasses from my list of favorites and had to switch between tabs on my browser instead to compare.
I feel that this site is extremely user-friendly and offers so many options for people who wear glasses. The fact that one pays so little for each pair makes it worth it to try new styles that I wouldn't normally be able to afford.
