As long as you have a bit of common sense on where things are coming from, you should have a wonderful time checking out, and monitoring the progress of your order. I have bought the same lens more than once and even got some on a buy one get one half order because they allow their prices to be so cheap. Cheap, effective presentation, with a nod to quality frames. It would be great if they could allow their users and customers to submit different frame types like a thin rectangle or circle half frame, but the frame is on the bottom part instead of the top.

Here, I was able to receive high quality glasses frames with protective prescription lenses, including shipping, for under 25 USD. They arrived in about the same time it took my previous glasses from an optometrist to be made, which surprised me. The site is very transparent on all of their lens options, and there are many ways to narrow the search for frames to just look at ones you may know look good on your face. There is also a "Try On" feature that lets you upload a picture, but it makes the glasses look weirder than they actually do. However, they have the measurements of every pair of frames easily viewable on the product page for each frame, which can help with sizing.
I will absolutely shop here again and buy the same frames the next time I need a new glasses prescription.

I've bought 6 different pairs of glasses from EBD this year, it is where I mainly buy my glasses from because they make it easy. I only have one complaint, and that is that some of the Frames are a bit too cheaply made in some circumstances. The reason I've bought 6 is because 3 of them broke in less than a month of owning them. 2 of which just broke while they were on my face. The weakness is mainly the screws where the lenses are kept in the frames. Those screws and subsequently your lenses, once undone will never go back in, no matter how you try it.

I'm not exaggerating when I say I think I'm a bit obsessed with this company. There is just such a selection of lenses and they are ALL cheaper than getting them from my eye doctor. I now have at least 5 different pairs from here and the ones I wear every day are still as good of quality as they were when I got them almost 2 years ago. Fast, easy and cheap way to get glasses. I have bought glasses for two of my children from eyebuy and this is my third set of glasses I have purchased.
I was a regular with EyeBuyDirect, they have ok price with ok quality, but my recent purchase was bad. Less than a month's use, a screw was lost, it was an odd screw and cannot find a match; called them asked for just a screw and they "generously" offer a replacement, my frame was out-of-stock, I picked one n willing to pay the difference, but the amount was even more than a new purchase with the new frame and they wont send just the screw. Will not recommend or buy from again, sad!

I've ordered 5 times from Eyebuydirect because I love having several frames to choose from, and when my prescription changes I get a new pair from them because its wayyyyy cheaper than getting them at the eye doctor. I've never been disappointed in EBD. The glasses are affordable and high quality. I still have my very first pair! And one time my glasses were stolen from my mailbox and EBD immediately sent me another pair. Great glasses, great customer service! Better than Warby Parker (who I've gotten glasses from in the past).
This company has an easy to use website. The frames are pretty good quality and are affordable. You do pay for what you get. I have accidentally broken the frames when cleaning them and was being too rough. If your careful and take care of them they definitely last.

I need to wait until my glasses come to see if I measured correctly. I felt the S/M/L could be clearer as far as determining which size to order. Why mention the numbers on the side of current glasses if not used for ordering size? It was a bit confusing to have it all in the same location. I kept hoping to read people's measurements in the reviews to compare since they indicated S/M/L in each review but no one put their measurements in. I would have ordered more if I felt comfortable the one pair I ordered will fit. If it does then I most likely will order more. If not, I guess I can review on the return policy. The other part I didn't like was choosing for "distance". The description said if the Rx starts with a negative sign then do distance but it also said in the description that the person can see up close, which I cannot. Again, have no clue if I ordered what I truely needed.
I had my eye exam this morning and they said with all things considered it was going to be twice the cost for just my regular glasses than it was for both prescription sunglasses and regular glasses from you guys. I am so glad my sister in law told me about this site. It save me so much money.

Always use EyeBuyDirect and have always been pleased with order received. I am sure this order will be no different.
Obviously I like the Eyebuydirect glasses when the transaction can be conducted and completed in a professional manner (6th pair). However, EBD throws out some promotions that do not wind up as one is led to expect. My most recent attempt to purchase started December 27,2018 (discussions began Dec 22) and finally fell apart on January 9,2019. EBD out and out lied to me, misled me, and manipulated me during the purchase process. They held my money for almost two weeks; dealt without honor and showed no sense of integrity. I needed some bifocals though, so I am taking a chance on this purchase.

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
