I ordered my first pair in 2014 and have ordered many since then and I have loved them all, price and quality have been great.
But, I just ordered glasses and sunglasses. I made a mistake and forgot to add my sunglasses to my order. I immediatley emailed them and asked if I could add a pair of sunglasses to my order. The email response I got back make it very clear they didn't read in email in full. They didn't answer my question at all. So I placed my sunglass order the next morning, paid for shipping then sent an email asking if they could combine the two orders, neither had been processed, and be refunded the shipping.
The response I got was your order was less than $100 so sorry we can't refund your shipping. I also explained that I emailed and didn't get a response that answered my question.
I mean really, there was no reason they couldn't combine my orders. Very very disappointed. There are many discount eye glass sites out there. I will find another.

The website allowed to to try on 100s of glasses with their "try on" feature. It was fast and easy and gave me an excellent idea of how they would look.

I have been using eyebuydirect for about three years now. I can get three or more fun pairs of glasses (love to have options!) for less than the price of one pair from my eye doctor. It can be hard to pick the right pair for your face, but it's nice to have the option to return a pair that isn't a fit for you.

My glasses(two pair!) broke during the shelter in place and I needed glasses, so I went searching. I didn't have a lot of confidence going in but thought that for the price I would give it a shot. I looked at all the styles, again very worried about making decisions off a picture on a website, but I found some frames that I thought would be good for me. 2 weeks later I received them and they fit great, look good and prescription was right on the money.
