I was happy to find safety glasses I think I'll like however there were two issues. First, the site kept pulling me off topic - that is I was focused on buying safety glasses, but, if you're not watching carefully, you're no longer looking at safety glasses. Second, "Fast Pay" using Apple Pay did not work. Screen appeared then would immediately disappear. Frustrating.

I took a chance and ordered 2 pair of progressive glasses. The lenses were excellent however the frames were too small. I was able to send them back with an offer to exchange or refund. The customer service response was super fast. I will continue to purchase from EBD for all of my glasses their discounts are amazing.

It took Eye Buy Direct three weeks to process my order before shipping. I received several annoying emails that my order was processing. You will do better by going to Wal-Mart optical center and purchasing your glasses from them. Wal-Mart will be faster (5-6 days) and much cheaper than Eye Buy Direct. Glasses USA is much faster than Eye Buy. You are saving any money when you use Eye Buy plus you having to wait an extreme amount of time without your glasses. This is not company if you need your eye wear before 30 days.
My first pair of glasses lasted years, just ordered my 2nd pair because the first finally broke after about 5 years of use.

Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call.
