I ordered polarized prescription sunglasses a few weeks ago. They arrived within 14 days, just as I ordered them. I am very happy with them. I don't have a complicated prescription. Just ordered plain polarized sunglasses for my husband, as they look like more expensive ones, but I can customize them.
My husband broke his nose as a youngster and has a bump and wide part where glasses would "sit". We are left to check each pair of eyeglasses to find the width of the bridge. I called and was give two pairs of glasses with the width we were looking for, found one of them wouldn't accept the prescription that was needed. Found another pair, hope the bridge works even though it's narrower, but has the nose pads to give some flexibility for satisfactory wearing.

Easy to order what you want, only just wish had more frams to choose from, like the way putting in my Rx. Is easy to do. No where does it say how long it will take to get glasses done before they are shiped.

In my experience: it IS user friendly. They even have helpful tips (the? Buttons) to help you and answer any questions. They have a GREAT selection of frames and very reasonable prices. Considering I haven't received the glasses yet it's hard to evaluate EyeBuyDirect. Having past work experience in fitting frames I'm curious how they'll know where to place the progressive lens. When I did frame fitting we had to mark exactly where the pupil was on the frame display lens or measure from the bottom of the frame to the pupil. I think their 'Try On' feature is great. The main reason I chose this company is the money back guarantee. This is my first attempt at progressive lens and I didn't find anyone else who could offer anything more than replacing the lens for single vision (then I'm out the added $$ spent for progressive lens). If I can update review after receiving glasses I shall do.
