Try on feature is great! Website is easy to use. I have learned from previous experience that ordering single vision lenses from your site is the way to go. I had a little trouble with the one pair of progressives I ordered previously, so I will absolutely use the site again to purchase single vision lenses.

Once you get the hang of the website and trying the glasses virtually, it goes fast to narrow down choices.

Love the customer service! The site is so easy to use too.

I have had issues with my vision since I was 7 years old - and ever since then, when I needed to get new glasses, it was a pain in the pocket and very little option.
When I first ordered on Eye Buy, I was worried about the fit and the look... but when I got my first pair that didn't look or feel right, they are quick to send you a refund OR a replacement pair of a different style.
Their email customer service got back to me SAME DAY when I contacted them for a replacement. They got all the details of the pair I wanted and were SUPER fast processing my request.
They are affordable - I paid $600+ dollars at Vouge Optical for 2 pairs of glasses, where with EYEBUY I can get 2 pair for like 150-200 (depending on the frame style and lenses I choose)
I also LOVE that they have SO many different size options (I have an XL head and most places only have frames that fit me in Mens...)
I have looked at other online glasses retailers and none of them compared to EB.

I bought two pairs of glasses on June 30. When it became clear the other day that they wouldn't deliver on their promise of 10 to 14 business days delivery, I contacted them. Nothing! Later I spoke an agent (be advised they use bots like the Russians) who said he would escalate my concerns. Nothing. No response whatsoever.

Yesterday the response to yet another email about delivery yielded a message telling me to contact Paypal? Yeah, cos Paypal are in the delivery business. Today, no reply. Not to email. Not to the chat bot. So I called. They finally admitted that they had no intention of delivering on their 10 to 14 day promise. Shameful. There are lots of online glasses outfits. Do NOT bother with EyeBuyDirect, Canada or otherwise - but especially if you are Canadian. Try Clearly who actually appear to care about their customers. I have only become a client of Cleary as a result of this experience. EyeBuyDirect are charlatans and repugnant and lie. Perhaps they are a Russian scam. Save your frustration.

I've purchased from Eye Buy Direct many times and I've always been satisfied even if the glasses don't particularly end up working out for me, the buying/shipping experience is always positive. This site is similar to clearly.ca but I found that Clearly doesn't offer different sizing options whereas Eye Buy Direct does, something that I really love. Eye Buy Direct works mostly the same as clearly.ca, as you shop you can actually virtually try on glasses, input in your prescription if you have one and there's always amazing BOGO deals! Every single time I've shopped with Eye Buy Direct I've gotten a BOGO deal, it's incredible.

Another thing that surprised me was their customer service. I wrote a review about a pair of glasses that unfortunately were just super uncomfortable to wear and they reached out to me via email almost immediately asking if I wanted to exchange or even a refund! That level of service is top-notch. I recommend this site fully if you're someone who has their prescription and is looking for a fashionable pair of glasses or sunglasses. One thing I want to point out is their shipping time. You have to keep in mind that it takes time to actually make your lenses, especially if you have a prescription! Every prescription is different so it could take up to 2 weeks to ship, but once it has shipped it doesn't take long to receive it.
