I ordered the Ironman 4x4 stubby front bumper and had to pay $149 for freight. Received it 9 days after ordered and when I opened the box it was the wrong item. The item that was delivered wasn't even a bumper. Already contacted return department. But I'm kind of pissed I had to pay for freight shipping and got the wrong thing.
Don't waste your money this sway is not worth the money it's not that much different from the stock sway bar to justify the price. Huge disappointment I will never buy there products again! Save your money don't make the same mistake I did!

IT WAS VERY EASY TO SEARCH AND PURCHASE THE ITEM I WAS LOOKING FOR, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT YET BUT AM SURE IT WILL BE TO THEIR HIGH STANDARS FOR QUALITY.
As soon as I placed my order i was bombarded with emails for giving a review even before i received a receipt. And every day till the order showed up.
Extreme Terrain has been my definite go to. Their selection of accessories for my Wrangler is beyond reasonable expectations. And their customer support is excellent. I don't even bother wasting my time by researching other options at this point. They offer quality at an economical price and have products for the casual driver and also robust products for the most extreme enthusiasts.
The shoping experience itself was good and the prices were better than Amazon. The shipping company is probably one of the worst choices in the world and you would be better off shipping the hinges through the postal service tbh. The product actually might have gotten here sooner.
I've bought from them in the past, I've had questions about parts and I was helped in the most professional and kind way. They seem to care about customers and go that extra mile for you. Great people and great website. I will continue to purchase from them.

Fed X said out for delivery since 1/11/2025 daily again 12,13,14,15: supervisor, lie finally called Fed X headquarters in Memphis Tennessee they had them pull packages and I picked up at the warehouse. The only reason I won't buy again from ET is because they only use FedX a one star rating with BBB with thousands of one star ratings. Ordered KNN filters for my first transaction and an aluminum skid plate for my Gladiator and so far I am very happy with both- prices are good, shipping is fast. What's not to love about that?
Working with Mike in customer service was great. He took the time to look for what I was requesting. Today I was to receive my order, it's after 5 and I have yet to receive it. Also, I was to get a call to schedule the install with Finish Line. Still waiting.

I'm sorry about the delay! I left a detailed voicemail but wanted to reach out here as well. We have been experiencing a lot of weather delays earlier this week from the snow. The good news is that according to the FedEx tracking it should be delivered today (1/10/25)! It left the local FedEx hub in Richfield this morning and states "Your driver Walid is on the way."
Also I'm sorry they haven't given you a scheduled appointment yet. We have a special team that handles scheduling installs and they tried to email. This exhaust is very nice and pretty easy to install, I had to remove the cross plate to get the front section off but it was pretty easy and I didn't had to use any words 😂
