One time bumper got here broke box and I had to get new lights installed by a dealer to custom fit an extra I don't think I should have had to do!
I have used this company multiple times and every time there is a problem i ordered seats with heaters seats came but no heaters in them than I ordered springs for a jeep they could not get thar right i got one front and four rear springs when they came they had no bushings when i called they said i need two bags they where wrong yet aging i needed four bags than i ordered a set of rear xj springs no shock they came with no bushings ordered the set of rubber press in bushings and they sent them to some how messed up my address and sent them to some one some where DONE WITH THIS COMPANY THEY SEEM UN CAPABLE OF GETTING THINGS RIGHT EVEN WHEN YOU CALL IN AND TALK TO SOMEONE!
Ordered a dana44 diff carrier and the part fit as it should, but the packaging was poor. There was only the box that the part came in and the box had holes as if it was dropped a few times, the bags the bearings were in well 1 wasn't even in a bag and the other was torn. The bolt bag was also torn. Haven't tried it yet but hopefully no damage that I didn't see. There needs to be better packaging for shipment.
Dan helped me with a few questions I had about fitment and assured me I was good to go and he was exactly right! My new Mammoths with KO2s look and ride great!
Dealer supplied incorrect part number for Front gear kit on 2009 JK. With Dan Wilson's help & knowledge, he helped with ordering the correct Front gear kit, which will arrive in 2 days..
The product was arrived exactly as advertised. I appreciate the YouTube video that had previously been posted. It was a good visual reference to see how they would fit my JLU.
Product got delivered 3 days earlier than expected, it came with adapters for various threads, and even had QR codes for install videos which were very straight forward and easy to follow.
I found the Extreme Terrain website, easy to navigate. They have great prices, and the customer build pics really help, as far as what to pick up for a specific truck.

Paid extra for 2 day delivery and after two days still waiting. Guess I should not have paid extra and just waited like I would have had to do with the other vendors I was looking at.

I am trying to return floor mats that do not fit m wrangler 4xe. You require that I take 2 pictures of a box that I have not opened. I have tried to fill out you online return form without success.

I placed an order for multiple parts on dec17 and showed guaranteed deliver on dec 19 so I placed the order
On dec 18 received multiple email with same part order but different tracking information none of which are scheduled for the 19th. This isn't the first time I have ordered through this site and every time the expected delivery date always changes to a later date sometime a few days after the original expected date.

Extreme Terrain carried everything I was looking for and also had a great price. On top, they offer military discount which was an added surprise.
My ordering experience was good, but I had to do a decent amout of modification to get the radiator I ordered to fit. This was definitely not an exact match up.
