Installed it but short 4 bolts and there is no holes on frame to attach bracket?

I wanted a front license plate bracket that didn't require drilling holes in the bumper. I looked at a few, but found just the one here! Legal…whew!
The mat was delivered today 11/12/25 and it was not in a box and it was only partially wrapped in plastic. Part of the plastic was ripped from the bottom. I ordered this for a gift for my nephew. This shipping method makes it very difficult to wrap. I understand that it is large and has to be rolled but I have ordered from other companies that put large items in boxes to ship. I haven't opened the actual mat yet but I'm hoping it's okay. Not impressed with the way you shipped this mat:

I ordered two parts this weekend for my truck. My order has been cancelled twice because the agents couldn't verify my information. I assume it's because I used Applepay and it changes the card number. I appreciate the security that your team obviously values, but the Apple Pay verification policies should be reviewed. This is the third time I have ordered parts (this time I didn't use Apple Pay) and if there are any issues I'll find a different company. Also the call back number provided does not answer as Extreme Terrain. This seems like a potential scam and could also deter customers. Your customer service reps are very helpful and empathetic but it seems they are working with a rigid system that cannot provide solutions for the customer. Also since Sunday I have received approximately 30 emails from the company which seems excessive.

All sales team members I've spoken with today and in past have been very helpful and friendly as if talking to one of your family members... very down to Earth and even when trying to say smthg in a way as to not hurt someone feelings... they always come up w the best way to word smthg both in past and today... thx again guys at Extreme Terrian...
