I shoped around for the wheels and tires around home. I just not happy with what I was finding. Extreme Terrain had exactly what I was looking for.
I payed $8 for shipping to get it on the 6th. It is now the 8th and it's still not here. The order just keeps getting delayed. If I pay for faster shipping I should get it when it says I'm going to. Not multiple days after. Don't pay for faster shipping it's a waste of money.
I have used this company multiple times and every time there is a problem i ordered seats with heaters seats came but no heaters in them than I ordered springs for a jeep they could not get thar right i got one front and four rear springs when they came they had no bushings when i called they said i need two bags they where wrong yet aging i needed four bags than i ordered a set of rear xj springs no shock they came with no bushings ordered the set of rubber press in bushings and they sent them to some how messed up my address and sent them to some one some where DONE WITH THIS COMPANY THEY SEEM UN CAPABLE OF GETTING THINGS RIGHT EVEN WHEN YOU CALL IN AND TALK TO SOMEONE!

I made an error when I ordered my part. When I called my problem was taken care of very promptly and efficiently. It was a very quick process.

Overall experience was very good. The only problem was when I went to pay for my order. I was not able to pick my existing payment method. I had a credit card on file with my account but I could not pick it. I had to re-enter it completely from the beginning. Not sure what was going on there.

Very disappointed with how my card was used various times to purchase a set of tires. My card vendor told me that extreme terrain credit my card 4 times back. The whole experience was a nightmare. Extremely disappointed with the outcome, l am very unhappy with the results.

Ordered an OME rear driveshaft spacer. Was sent a temp. Sending Unit. Submitted claim of pictures. Claim apparently didn't go through. Was told to send another claim from a person less than enthused to help me. Decided to take my business elsewhere and lose my 25$. Too much hassle. 0 Star
