Seems to be a sturdy product, but cannot recommend Extreme Terrain's products to the four (4) other Jeep owners in my immediate family. Product definitely not intended for DIY'ers. Instructions are deficient/poorly developed, no YouTube content of any value to assist, and contents incomplete. Now headed to ACE to buy missing lock washers, washers, bolts, and nuts.

TRIED TO REACH OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVIC BEFORE I ORDERED A SOFT TOP TO MAKE SURE IT CAME WITH THE PROPER HARDWARE AND THAT IT WOULD FIT MY JEEP. LEFT MY NUMBER FOR A RETURN CALL FROM A TECHNICIAN. WAITED FOR DAYS FOR THE CALL, NEVER RECEIVED THE CALL SO I WENT AHEAD AND ORDERED ANYWAY. REMOVED THE FACTORY HARD TOP, OPENED THE BOX AND LOW AND BEHOLD, NOT THE RIGHT FIT, NO HARDWARE INCLUDED. Made my order set up tracking the order shipped asap. I kinda got busy and sidetracked with life and realizing my order should have been delivered by now.Checked and it was delivered to another address pic didn't even look like my place. I purchased side steps for my Jeep wrangler. I went through extreme to directly to extreme terrain to ensure I would get the parts and was hoping with a reliable source. The company sent me the wrong brackets 2/3 for just a plastic bumper. I couldn't speak with a manager, then they said the brackets were on BACKORDER and are not sure when they'll will ship them.

I replaced all 4 shocks on my 2005 TJ. I am extremely happy with the performance of the shocks and love how the Jeep now rides. NOTE: the photo submission did not have all the correct options for my mods. It is a 3.25" Rough Country lift (could only choose 3 or 3.5) with 35" tires on the original 15" x 10.5 wheels (could only choose 16 or 17) and 1.5" hub centric spacers. Why only 3 stars? - I was extremely disappointed with how these were shipped. I ordered 2 of each (front/rear) at the same time, on the same order, but each was shipped separately, and they delivered 1 at a time on 3 different days. That was very frustrating and did not seem like the best logistical method. This would have been a 5-star review if they had all been shipped together and arrived at the same time.

Update Jul 29th: The response from Extreme Terrain is laughable as it has nothing to do with current purchase, it addresses a tax exemption issue with the previous order; it's obvious they never read my review before they responded. As for the current order it's now five days after the purchase and my package is still in transit and not likely to be received for 1-2 more days, so much for two day shipping. Opening a BBB complaint. Long time customer, but have had enough and will shop elsewhere. Recently placed a large order, 'Extreme' bungled the order processing, but did provide a voucher for my "next order"; all was forgiven. Last week I placed another order: I was promised two day shipping, veteran discount, and inclusion of the cash voucher from the previous order. After placing the order there was no military discount, the voucher was not credited, and slow boat delivery is scheduled six days later. I called customer service, they said they could do nothing about the bungled shipping, and blamed their "policies and procedures" for their inability to correct the problem; their solution to receive credit for the voucher was for me to place ANOTHER ORDER. I accepted the apology with the first order, but now it's two flubs in a row, my order has been further DELAYED due to misshandled shipping, and they want me to place another order in the next 30 days or I will lose my voucher. "Extreme Terrain" does so many things well, great catalog, good tech support, and excellent product videos; it boggles the mind that after spending so much on customer acquisition that they drop the ball on the checkout, shipping, poor post-purchase customer support. Oh, and the numerous spammy emails begging for reviews after the purchase.

Ordered a sunshade for 2002 Toyota Forerunner. Was able to easily find it on the site. Slight confusion, when a message popped up, saying the sunshade I selected would not fit a 2003 model. I proceed with the order, and it fits fine.
Very easy to install. Received the parts very quickly. Item looks great and took only an hour and installed it by myself. Great experience. First time buying from the company and it was really easy. Would highly recommend.
