The part came perfectly fine was packaged as new. It was a Crown brand, not sure why they can't just say that in the online description. But the frustrating thing is the shipping. I had the option of $3.99 for regular 3-5 day shipping or $5.99 for 2 day. I couldn't drive my jeep without the part so I opted for the extra $2 to get it here sooner. It still took 3 days to arrive. Glad I spent the extra money on that.

Received your product and it was great. Would recommend swapping out the nuts you provide for Flange Nuts instead. This would get rid of the washers you provide as with flange nuts, they're unnecessary and probably save you money in the long run. It is also super difficult to add the hitch with washers as you have to completely remove the bumper to install the hitch using washers where you do not have to with flange nuts. Ended up going to my local hardware store to buy the flange instead. Thanks for the quick shipping! All the best - Ryan

Arrived on time and looks great! Easy installation, need to align to make sure its square with your Jeep, predrill small pilot holes, and it will be easy to run the screw in!

I Was excited to find an open Box of the front bumper I wanted for my Wrangler. It was scratched up but had all the hardware. I put it in my cart and proceeded Placing the order. I selected my payment method and would have Clicked place order but, the option didn't appear. I went back to the product to try to resubmit the order, but the open box was gone. About an hour later, I Back to the site and the open Box was once again there With one exception. The price was now $50 higher. I called customer service And was told he could do nothing about it. I am not usually an "ask for the manager person" but I did ask if a manager could help me. The associate was unhappy with my request, given his change in tone, but did move forward with my request. When he came back on the line, he told me that nothing could be done. I don't know if that is considered a bate & switch but I was very disappointed.

After looking at several of your roof racks. And watching an how to install it utube presentation I picked the red rock HD roof rack. It arrived in the two day shipping timeframe with a beat to hell box from FedEx. I should have refused it then but didn't. So when I opened the box allmost all parts were at least wrapped in plastic on bubble wrap. With high hopes I began attempting to assemble the rack. First fail was the right hand side rail had a bend in it. The second one came when I was putting the cross rails on and this one really ticked me off. There are four cross rails that have two tapped holes in each end. These are supposed to have 30 millimeter threads and bolts to hold the rack together. Some were tapped correctly some were a nightmare. There appears to be paint in the threads that won't come out and makes turning the Allen wrench trying to tighten them a pure pain in the butt. After hours of working on getting these bolts into the cross bars I am sorry I didn't send it back. It defiantly didn't go together like the utube presentation and I wouldn't ever buy a red rock product.
