I got the Raxiom Axial Series Plateau LED Tail Lights; Black Housing; Smoked Lens (18-23 Jeep Wrangler JL), Item #: J*******-JL.
The how-to video was great and the lights came quickly.
They were pretty easy to install but now the Jeep thinks the lights aren't there, although they work just fine. They've got the clicking sound like they're faulty, even though they operate perfectly and look great. I would rate the experience 5 out of 5 if the console accepted them as working.

Shipping was fast but we have not opened and used it yet. It was suppose to be a Holiday gift and shockingly was delivered in the manufacture cargo box, not a shipping box so the surprise was completely ruined.

Easy shopping online. Shipping was decent. One product came damaged not due to shipping though. Box was in perfect condition. Customer service was great and made it an easy return and replacement.

Flaw, bolts that came with unit that bolt to the brackets came cross threaded, but still a tight fit.

I would rather the nuts not come pre installed into the bolts

The website was very simple to navigate and the pop ups for vehicle info makes it near impossible to order the wrong part. The parts for my 2005 Jeep Wrangler I wanted were in stock at a competitive price. I am 100% satisfied with my overall experience.

Everyone I have spoken to has been super nice and helpful. No complaint against the customer service reps or sales people. I have ordered several products that have had issues. The amount of money spent and the damaged products have left a bad taste. I ordered a shark grill for my JK, it arrived cracked. Ordered a red rock attack stubby bumper, one of the fog light mounts was welded off center (obviously I understand that's a manufacturer issue). Ordered a rough country rearview mirror that was packed poorly and arrived cracked. It was also misleading to picture the pigtail adapter with the morimoto projector fog light in the product pictures. It would be more clear if it's specifically stated that the lights don't come with the pictured adapter.

I am very pleased with everything from start to finish
