I located your order for the RedRock Tailgate Storage Bag. This item is, in fact, out of stock, and we did not remove or capture any funds for this order. With backordered items, we do not actually charge you until they come in stock and ship. What happens is that when an order is placed, an authorization hold is placed on the funds, which normally falls off within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank. I apologize for any confusion. I ordered power running boards for my Jeep. Shipping was delayed several days. I received notification that my package was delivered while I was at home but nothing was delivered. I spent several days going back and forth with the shipper and Extreme Terrain only to find out the the item had been damaged during shipping and had been diverted to an extreme terrain warehouse even though it showed it was delivered to my address. The best part was they said I had returned them and refused to send me another set of running boards and would only give me credit.

We have a limited stock available so we are unable to exchange or replace any damaged or missing items. I wanted to do some halos without breaking the bank and I achieved that with this set of headlights. The only thing that I wish I should have done was wire them into the fuse box so they stay running all the time instead of only being on when the parking lights are on
