Ive ordered from the other big jeep website a few times. Ever since I discovered this place I haven't went back. The orders are more accurate, prices are better, better brands and variety, and when I use it the customer service is really good.
I ordered a radiator on a sunday. I contacted the sales team and they verified it was in stock and would ship next day and arrive on Weds. I checked online Tuesday at lunch time and web site still showed it arriving on Weds but did not show a tracking number. I contacted the sales team again and was informed that the radiator was on back order and would not ship for 10 to 15 days. They never informed me that it was on backorder and if I hadn't called to check on the tracking I would of been screwed as I was planning on driving 140 miles on Saturday to fix the jeep and get my other car back from my son. I wanted an all aluminum radiator not the plastic tank units sold at local parts store. I ended up ordering an identical unit from amazon for the same money.
Price was right and shipping was fast. Had to return the one I got from Amazon, not this one!
This running board does not fit the 2025 Jeep Gladiator. There is an L bracket mounted to the front, passenger side of the frame that prevents the running board bracket from mounting to the truck. Extreme Terrain acknowledged that this is a frequent complaint and they recommended I grind off the bracket from the truck frame. Terrible customer service and a complete waste of time.

Not the first time I have had wrong parts. A year ago I bought a Jks 3.5 in lift that was suppose to have fox shocks. When I called customer service they said that I could not prove it so I get what I get or send the lift back for refund as my jk sat in the garage on jack stands waiting for the lift to be installed.fast forward a year jks shocks are seeping oil. Fast forward bought the big break kit came in and one box was taped back together and I was missing parts.keep in mind I did spend the extra on safe shipping and it ment nothing I had to take pictures to prove what I had.and again my jeep sat on jack stands waiting 7 to 10 days for the parts to get to me.less then impressed.
