This transaction was so simple and user friendly. Especially for a non computer person as myself.
No problems with ordering, the order was shipped out quickly, but FedEx is so bad at getting things delivered on time, they let the package sit in my local warehouse for two days before finally delivering it 3 days after it was supposed to come (not Extreme's fault really). There is a large one pager inside the box of tail lights that immediately tries to explain that condensation inside the light is normal, I beg to differ. I have never had any tail or headlights that have had condensation inside them. I installed these lights and washed my truck the next day, and the drivers side light held condensation for 6+ hours. I don't know why this would be considered normal but it's not. The lights look great and I am happy with the apperance. The metal clips where the screws engage for installation are crap, they need to be updated to matcht he factory clips. I had to use the factory clips because the screws immediately stripped the clips from the lights. Please update those clips!

Not happy with first header did not fit like you said had to purchase a different header. Hopefully it fits. Been tore down for three weeks. Hopefully tomorrow it will be on the road again yahoo.
Caliper cylinders worked well. The right hand brake line was a little shorter then I liked but it works.
Love my bumper! However, I would not rate this a 1 on install ease. And it did not take 30 minutes. More like 1.5 hours but that is counting frustration breaks. I did get it done and it does look great! Would have been a 5 star if more realistic install description.

I spoke with their agent said return is free and warrany will refund but turn out it cost me and leave me owe for warranty and return cost. They lied. I am very disappointed... dont trust their words

Customer service was outstanding. They assisted me with my running board purchase, and in addition I questioned them on my tow-bar pins for cover caps. Nothing was found at that time, but latter in the day I was e-mailed where to find the covers.

Easy, selection very good, lots to choose from. Items were delivered in great shape and so far everything is good. The lights I bought fix perfectly on the jeep. In some of the reviews I read they didnt fit, that wasnt case for me. This is my 2nd set of seat covers, quality seems good but the fit isnt the same as the last set. They are fine but the 1st set fit more snug, these have a looser fit. Time will tell how they hold up. Overall very happy with the items i purchased.
