When shopping I add items to favorites. Each item saved is being added to my cart for purchase. Additionally, every time I revisit an item saved, it is added to the cart again. There was a point when I had 57 items in my cart with a total of over $20,000 dollars.
Other than that the site looks and navigates well. I also like seeing customer photos of the items I'm shopping for. And the categorizing by vehicle color is another nice touch.
Please correct the saved/cart issue and it will be a very nice site.
The two cables where different lengths had to drill new hole.
The purchase and delivery were smooth and quick. However we had to the rails because the sales man incorrectly told us that these rails work with the bed cover. Then the cover was supposed to come with rails needed to install the cover and it didn't. Waiting to see if manufacturer will just ship us the rails so we don't have to also send back the bed cover.

They are great and well worth the money…in my opinion.
Love the stuff I have bought for Jeep from floor mats to front grill that gives it a sharp look. Love that I can dress up jeep at economical prices.
Looks great did not be happier. The worst part of my experience is doing one of these reviews because I say something and they do not like it. Do you want me to use a certain amount of letters?
Ordered from Extreme b/c they advertised that I would get my item in a couple of days. We're now 10 days out and it still hasn't shipped.

The box arrived barely intact; I posted pictures. The clamp that was due to arrive with the exhaust was missing, most likely fell out of one of the open sides.
I apologize. I see you contacted us and we sent out a replacement clamp.

These are a great way to gain extra leg room in a Jeep Wrangler. I'm over six feet with long legs and the extra comfort is more than welcomed. My order with Extreme Terrain was delivered in two days. A great experience.
Bought for the garage to put my Jeep top above and off the ground. Easy to install and works like a charm! One person can do it, but it is a lot easier with two people for sure. Happy with my experience!

Second time I've ordered an item from Extremeterrain that was a 5 day ship. Only to receive an email that the item will be drop shipped from the manufacturer at a later date, usually 10 to 15 days later. Then you will get a email the item is out of stock, but they take your money from your account on the date you place the order. Good news it only takes 6 to 7 days to refund your money. Don't waste your time or money on this company!

I was disappointed in three significant ways. 1. The running boards arrived in a box with one of the ends open. 2) The running boards I purchased were advertised for a 2023 Jeep Wrangler 2-door, but when I went to install them it was clear they were not compatible. Even the instructions said for Jeeps up to 2020. 3. The return process was not easy. They have no phone number to call to talk to in person. You are forced to chat with someone and explain what happened in order to get a return link sent to your email that contains the FedEx return slip (I never received the link and had to chat with another associate and repeat #2 above). Once i received the link, I had to take 3 photos and upload them: the box, how it didn't fit, and one other I can't remember. Reboxing was also not easy at all.
