I ordered an open box set of n-fab gladiator steps. It was stated they where missing hardware, I take hardware to be nuts and bolts. What they meant was nuts, bolts, brackets and end caps. Extreme terrain has a "no take back " policy on open box items. I then contacted n-fab, they said "no spare parts". So now I have a $175 set of steps that can't be attached to my Jeep. Buyer be ware.

Found something that I needed for an upgrade for my jeep. They had a lot of options but I found the one best suited for me.
Overall shopping experience is a 5…but it still didn't fix my problem of why my tail gate won't shut.
Everything was perfect. I like when the outside box isn't damaged also…. That too was perfect. Both boxes came in perfect. The products are perfect and got to me quick.
I found a nice grille insert for about half the going rate. I ordered it and it came quickly and without incident. I was also pleased they sent an email making sure I received it and asking if everything went ok.
Got my item quick. Came with a QR code with video of installation. All around very happy with the purchase and service.
Excellent service and selection of parts to choose from.
Shipped quick and the price was hard to beat Had to repeat because the open box bumper was a steal.

Answer: They have broken several federal consumer protection laws in my 2 experiences with them.
Answer: Scam as far as I'm concerned. Cheat you out of product and don't make it right, how else do you describe them?
