I have also found that trying to order and navigate the site via my phone does not work. I've tried placing orders on my phone and get a contact customer service to order, but when I order via a computer, no problem.

I ordered parts for my 2018 Jeep Wrangker JK and was impressed by the processing time. I got the first items delivered promtply 2 days after my order was processed.
While the base of the phone holder is nice, looks good and was easy to install the actual piece that holds the phone is less than adequate. The levers to open up the side pieces that hold the phone are difficult to push and they don't open enough to even allow you to try to push a normal sized IPhone in. It was so difficult to put the phone in or take out if you could force it in that it is not worth using. Waste of money.
