I bought floor Matt's for my jeep wrangler along with inserts for the cup holders. Well after making sure I ordered the proper Matt's that would fit my particular jeep, when I received them I tried to install them and they weren't even close the anchors didn't line up at all, nor did the cup holder inserts fit. That wasn't my biggest issue, what I was more upset about is that when I called to return them I was sent a link and I was made to take pictures of the product not fitting, in my opinion if you need to return something there should be no questions asked just as if somebody bought something from a retailer. The mats were really nice they just don't fit not even close. Not good customer service.

Ordering my seat covers was simple and easy to put on my Jeep. My husband loves them so much he wants me to order some for his truck.

I ordered up a Skull and sword rear tire cover and it was the wrong size I took some pictures and returned it no problem. Got my credit and made sure I got the right size. Super happy with it

I think when you buy windshield wipers, you should be able to buy two says not separate that's the only thing I did not like I had to turn around and buy another one lol I think it is so strange should've come into two That's the only thing I'm not happy with.

Bought Raxiom J******* window mount switches. Very happy with them. Install video was on Wrangler with auto trans. Had to get creative with switch harness routing in my 6 speed manual. Took 2 people with a lil fussin & cussing, but we got it and they look great.

Great metal guards for front and tail lights … easy to put on and look great

Not happy with this experience. When I'm spending hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of dollars on something I don't like when the box comes opened with only a 4-in piece of packing tape on it and parts missing that's always fun... I love spending $350 on stuff... oh sorry, it was SUPPOSED to be brand new in a sealed box. What I received was an open box, the box packing staples that hold the box closed were opened there was no tape on it, it was open and someone took the hardware kit out.but yes... I paid full price for an open box or something that somebody opened up and took a part out and sold it as brand new... so yeah I don't think that I would come back and spend $500 $600 on something...what if it had screws and bolts in it...I'm sure that would be missing too...so I don't think that i would be buying from here again, not with the situation that happened... Yes I received the item fast Yes there was no damage to it... they also did make up for the hardware kit but I don't like receiving stuff that was not brand new UNOPENED box to begin with... I do appreciate that they replaced the part missing however I did not receive a brand new item It was opened the staples were pulled out of the box someone took a part out, put it back in and put a 4-6 in piece of packing tape on it. So most likely I won't be buying from here again... sorry

No free shipping nowadays is stupid. Wanted to buy something for 8$ and you wanted 4$ In shipping when it fits in a standard envelope that takes 1 stamp. This isn't first time either. I'll get my products elsewhere
