I love shopping from extreme terrain, they always have excellent products and they're shipping is fast. They also do an amazing job at communicating with the customer.
I ordered a bumper stubby for my wife for Christmas. I ordered it in November. It never showed up. Maersk is supposed to be delivering it. Extreme terrain can only tell me to call them. I've called both and no answer. I've got a feeling it won't even get here till next year. If it shows up at all. Hope for the best. They apparently don't have any customer service supervisor who can look into this issue for me. Extreme terrain is good for the little stuff don't order big items from them.

Ordering the appropriate parts, shipping times, and receipt of items was timely. However, I ordered a Superchips Flashpaq F5 for my 2013 Jeep Wrangler, and it does not function. I plug it into my jeep, the initial light turns on but then nothing else happens. I downloaded the Ignition app and tried to plug it into my computer, and the same thing happens. The app continues to say "Plug in device to check for updates."... I am about to go through the return process to swap for a different device, will update comment later if given the opportunity.

I will let you know when I receive my order. I ordered this a while back with new fender flares, and there is not even enough hardware in the box I got, to do 1 flare, Says it will do all four. The second one I received was also short pieces. Had enough from both boxes to get the job done. Wasn't to happy to have to order twice, when it says it will do all four fenders. The rivets were two different sizes also, from one box to the other.

Order straight from JKS but it sat there for 4 days without shipping, contacted extreme terrain to. Edify the correct ones, ordered and had it before the Jks ones arrived and sent those back to Jks. Good job ET!
